These guys are soild. Had my LR4 in for tires, they did a great job and caught a problem that needed to be addressed. The most important part is they are professional enought to recomend someone else to deal with the issue as it wasn't somthing they were comfortable to do, which is rare. They will do it right or point you in the right direction.

Amazing shop. Had a nail in my tire removed apparently but it was still in the same spot I noticed a week later on the same tire i mentioned had the nail. I called back and they did it for free of charge and most shops won’t do that and I was extremely happy. My new favourite shop!

The only mechanics I trust in Maple Ridge. Every time I bring my car in their service is above and beyond. They take the time to listen and answer questions. I also never feel pressured into doing anything unnecessary. If it doesn't need to be done, they aren't doing it. 1000% recommend.

Hands down the best experience I've had at any auto shop. TJ at the front desk was beyond helpful, even recommending a slightly larger tire that would definitely fit. He was right. Within 12 hours I had tires delivered from their warehouse and installed on my Xterra the very next morning. Highly recommend this shop for your next tire change.

Very professional and courteous. When I was told my tire could not be patched by a different company, I contacted Big O, who told me to bring it. The screw was close to the sidewall, but still in the tread area, and they said that while a trickier patch, was certainly within their skillset. They were able to patch the tire, and get me on my way far less expensive than what I anticipated. Excellent team.
