Very terrible experience I’m 21 and came in to get my mom a birthday gift was in the wine section it even checking out yet and was asked for to pieces of ID which I had, then when I went to check out the lady was very rude and whispered to the other cashier and and walked by security. They all watch wand waited for me to get declined but when I wasn’t she ran away. Just because someone looks young doesn’t mean that okay it’s called profiling.

Exceptional store, with stellar prices and a wide selection of Scotch. Has everything I need for the most part. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, although I’ve seen management treat them in an inhumane manner on more than one occasion.

The lady working at the checkout today was offering terrible customer service. Mean face, even though I greeted first but no greeting from her. Beware of that specific lady, you will get your day ruined if you check out with her. Good luck.

The young girl with the long black hair helped me since it was a gift she recommended some wines and they were delicious. she is very helpful and friendly and knows how to do her job very professionally. I will be coming back again.

Newly renovated.. is worse for customers to get up and down ailes to get what we want.but rhe checkouts are better although generally only 1 open at rush hour peak time
