“Had to go to the bank today, don't do that often these days. I had an issue with access to view my line of credit on my web banking, on my mobile ap. I was helped by Puneet. He was thoughtful, kind, and listened to my whole story without interruption. He has great insight to think about my situation and offer help based on my circumstances. He was always calm, and took everything in. I asked a lot of questions and he set my expectations well by saying first he would do x, then deal with the other stuff. He linked my line of credit to my card, to show on my ap, and reminded me twice to expect a delay before I would see it. And then proceeded to look into my other questions.Then he gave me a business card and wrote down the branches direct line!Thank you BMO, and Puneet, GREAT experience.That's customer service!Cheers,Brian”
“I switched to TD bank in 2015 because the customer service was horrible at Vancity Bank. It was the best switch ever!The tellers at both TD bank locations in Maple Ridge have always been so wonderful and non judgemental. “I’ve been with TD since I was 15yrs old and I’ve never ever had an issue..this branch location is my go to because the line moves fast,the staff are very friendly and helpful..I’ve watched staff deal with customers who are so rude and cranky at them and honestly it’s so frustrating to watch what they go through by other customers..the manager is always soo friendly with any concerns and help anyone who needs it..the bank needs a sign at the door for all the ignorant people who just wanna jump down others throat for every reason,the sign should say “if you can’t remain calm or in a bad mood try coming in at a different time”..”

“I had a rather good experience at this bank! Im younger and this is my first bank and card I’ve had so I’m new too this anyways, I had some leftover change and wanted to exchange it for cash I came in rather close to closing time a wonderful lady called Miriam told me that I had overstuffed my change and she helped me re organize the rolls efficiently and kindly reassuring me that it was no problem and an easy fix and overall gave wonderful customer service stayed a few minutes after closing to help me! She’s what a workplace needs.”
