I also experienced the same thing here no staff even attempting to wear masks. I also encountered this at the 7-11 down the road at Lougheed and Laity Street. After I emailed in my concerns I was less then impressed with the response. Way to take health safety measures seriously.Follow up stopped in on Nov 27th around 10:30pm and the male employee was still not wearing a mask.

Me and my family work night shifts we get off at 3:30 and the worker all ways has the store locked and walks around pretending to sweep while being on the his cell phone

Terrible service.I used the self checkout as I always do to avoid the line ups and right after I paid and was walking out the door the staff member ran up to me and demanded I pay for my items. Me being the honest person I am I stopped to open up the receipt on my phone and show him the time of purchase etc. Embarrassing in front of customers and the public. I should of got his name but then it makes it look like I'm in the wrong and making a big deal about it.

Im not a fan of this location. They allow folks with addiction passout or use on their sidewalks. Garbage everywhere, they leave their garbage bin open.The manager never smiles but his staff are wonderful. But I will drive to another store to avoid this one.

I was in the store this morning at 7:05 AM. One of the clerks came out of the back without a mask on, although she did eventually put one on. More upsetting was that they did not stop a customer from entering the store without a mask and allowed him to walk around the store and go through the checkout without ever asking him to put on a mask. Lost my business forever.

Yoo the people here are soliiid! I work closeby and needed a witness to sign for a new job ASAP, I asked the chick there to do that as a huuge favor, and she did! And I got the job!The workers there don't get enough credit, they deal with so much on the daily and still always do a great job in the store! :D you guys rock!!

I think this 7/11 is all right and they do the best to that they can. There not much people who hang around there no more. I only one bad thing happened there. But was some time ago she dont work there no more. So it's all good

Last night I went into the store and the guy at the register wasn’t even wearing his mask (which is literally mandatory in every store right now so??). Plus there is ALWAYS homeless people outside of this location. Sometimes I honestly feel scared to even buy anything here because of all the sketchy people hanging around outside. I would give this place 1/10, would NOT recommend!!

Staff are very friendly but I have been charged 3 different prices for a slushy refill the older gentleman with the glasses is the one person who actually charges me the "refill" price when I come in I allways make sure they see that I brought my cup IN with me I wish I still could get a slushy I am diabetic and they are the one drink I get when my sugars are low that I can depend on

I'm changing my review. Ever since new management took over, the store has gone down hill. Stale taquitos, not wanting to make fresh hash browns when they're out, not offering bags so I have to walk out of the store with like 10 different things in hand...The new manager and assistant manager are terrible. Everytime I walk in they're just standing at the back on their phones or talking to one another while a lineup happens.The only consistent person there that's been phenomenal (refusing to give stale food, makes new ones on the spot), has small conversations with customers, all the good stuff, is Suzy. If I don't see her there I'm normally walking away because I know what service I'll get from tweedle dee and tweedle dumb otherwise.
