They double charged my order, I called them out on it and they refused to refund it. $65.60
Showed them on my banking app that it went though twice. Still nothing.
Now I'm going to have to through my bank and try and get my money back.

The male worker was so friendly and welcoming. A kind worker. He was so pleasant to everyone, from when I walked in and when serving at the till.

I wandered in after being seen at the emergency room, STARVING and obviously looking pretty weird, the gentleman working let me charge my phone and offered me a seat. It was a small gesture but it meant a lot so thank you, my guy.

Another 1 star for the follow up regarding my last review. It's been a year and I have not got any follow up from management when they said they would reach out. It was a stupid survey to take on a external link and still no one reached out. Both poor treatment from management and staff after paying for my items and grabbed by staff saying that I stole. Once I showed I paid for my items there was no apology. Thought I would reshare my story.

Went in here for the first time on Thursday Feb 22/24. Went in to prepay for some gas ($100) and bought some snacks. Filled up my tiny Nissan Versa to just over $60 (so with snacks it would have been around $70). Today I noticed a charge from this 7-Eleven for $110! I’ve never had this happen anywhere! An unbelievable scam! I doubt I will get my money back (will try today) but I don’t normally keep receipts for this kind of stuff. $40 lesson to avoid this place and keep ALL receipts!

The girl who is working here is very rude . Initially she refused to give back the change . And then once I asked her twice she threw the coins towards me . I wonder why owners hire those staff. Should be reported to 711 head office. This incident happens at December 3 Sunday evening.

I've been coming here for years, crazy how they always manage to find the rudest employees to help ring your items up, just to double charge them and give no receipt on purpose! Don't bother going here, just save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Looking at some of the unintended errors that caused poor service provided does not mean poor service. In the finest centers and shops in the world, there are errors, so we must look at things with a calm heart. I liked the place. Good luck. With sincere cordiality.
