I have so much fun with each work out. Never thought I could work out this way! High energy, great Trainers and wonderful facility. Love that you can have such a great workout in 30 minutes!

I have been attending 30 minute hit in Maple Ridge for just over 6 months now. I was surprised how hooked I got on the workout right from my free trial. What helped me solidify decision to sign up, was being able to bring my kids, and you can drop in any time during their open hours. It's SO nice for moms with busy schedules... there's no excuses not to go!
The trainers are also amazing. They challenge you and encourage you every time. It's a very welcoming environment, high energy, no judgment, and you're done an intense workout in 30 minutes!

Every woman needs to at least do the trial at 30 minute hit! Never in my life have I been consistent with a gym membership until I signed up here 3 years ago. It’s super fun and a very effective workout in only 30 mins. You get what you put into it and the trainers are motivating and pushing you to do your best. It’s a great workout you can customize for whatever fitness level you are at.

I found Maple Ridge 30 Minute Hit after I had my last child and was looking for a workout close to home, quick and effective. Not only do I get a great workout every time, the trainers are awesome and there is a place for my kids to sit while I workout. I highly recommend Maple Ridge Hit!

I have been coming 30 min hit maple ridge for just over 6 months now and I love it.
The reasons I love 30 min hit:
1. it’s only a 30 min work out. With a kid, gone are the days I have hours to spend at a gym. It’s 30 mins. Anyone can make time for 30 mins.
2. there is a gated corner my kid can hang out - she can watch me the whole time I work out.
3. it’s women only. For me I found this a very welcoming atmosphere esp when I was in terrible shape. The women are awesome. They are very supportive and friendly.
4. It’s a circuit so you might think the work outs will get boring. Wrong! There are 3 levels to each station. Plus once you get more advanced, the trainers will give you different techniques and combos to try.
5. It truly is a great work out. Some people think you need to work out for an hour + to get results.

I knew after my first trial that this was the gym for me — it’s a quick, intense workout and I’m not the type to spend an hour at the gym. The music is pumping, which always fires me up and I LOVE that it’s women of all shapes and sizes. Plus, the supportive environment can’t be beat — the trainers encourage and push you to work harder, and even the other members shout words of encouragement to each other! Highly recommend.

I joined Maple Ridge club Aug. 9 2022. As of today I have lost 3% body fat and 2 lbs in 10 days! Before I started "30 minute hit" I was eating clean and exercising and my weight wasn't budging.
What I love is it's only 30 minutes out of my day and I can drop in anytime no registering.
Brenda is a great motivator and coach with a fun personality. The atmosphere is encouraging and friendly.
Did I mention I'm 70 years old.
Don't let your age or fitness level stop you. Come for a free trial like I did.

you should update your time schedule, to avoid people driving 30min to find a open location and found out you guys are closed Friday afternoon.

Regular gyms did not work for me. I hate working out and I thought this was my last shot at trying an activity. I suffer from depression and other health issues and it’s very hard to be motivated. I have to say I love this! It is the perfect work out for me and I look forward to going to the gym. I feel happier when I am done with my workout. Brenda is a very compassionate human being and she likes to know people on a personal level and really wants to help.

I had a free trial HIT on Monday, and signed up and HIT again today.
I thought I might fall over dead from how out of shape I am, but these trainers really help get you through. I have muscles that I didn't actually know existed (lol).
I was intimidated to even walk in the doors, but it is such a welcoming, inclusive, awesome environment. AND the owner Brenda is a sweet as they come.
It is an UNREAL workout (you will sweat buckets ladies). I find it to be a strangely enjoyable form of torture (haha).
TRY IT - you won't be sorry !!!
