I got metal-toed boots from this store, and Mike assisted me over the phone regarding eligibility under my employer and the availability of the model in-store. He was exceptionally helpful and professional during both the phone call and my visit to the store.

I reside in Surrey and went to my local work authority and when I asked for help the person literally just pointed to the wall and just sat by the cash register so I looked around and left. Came to this location recently and the customer service was phenomenal, especially from Khizzer!!! He went above and beyond to help me pick out a pair that I was extremely happy with!

Awesome customer service, especially from Vicky. Showed me great options, especially for my shoe size. She made sure I try and feel the comfort of my boots before I made my purchase. Best of all, she made it a great and fun shopping experience for me and my family.

Last Saturday, I received amazing customer service from the staff at Work Authority in Langley. Not only were they personable, but they made sure I was absolutely comfortable with my selection before I made the purchase. Thank-you for treating me like I was more than just a customer.

They have a nice variety of shoes. More than that, the staff was very respectful. We were attended by a guy named Mike (I hope I didn't misspell the name) and he has an amazing sense of humour. Also, there was one more attendant but I don't know her name.

Have been coming to this store 4 years now for my work boots. The selection has steadily grown with a good amount to choose from.In my experiences the staff are friendly and willing to help when needed. There is a fellow named Mike who is very knowledgable and cares that people have a good experience at the store.I would recommend shopping here, good customer service and good selection.
