My husband and I have been coming to see Mike for a few years now! He is very knowledgeable with the plans and products being offered, and always goes above and beyond to get us the best deals! He is an absolute pleasure to work with, makes the process smooth and pain free, and we will never go any where else for our phones! We feel lucky to have met him :)

Went to Langley location 2 days in a row and had terrible experience with the84 staff! The worst staff and customer experience! We were next in line and the lady told us she’ll be 10mins and we waited over an hour, with no update and none of the 4 staff wanting to help and ended up leaving. The shirt part is it wasn’t even that busy! Watch your attitudes and train your staff on CS, if they are not willing to help, they shouldn’t be there!

I didn’t have a good experience with them, there was no queue system to attend customers. Sales agents were picking people of their choice. Also super slow and rude sales team.

I had a very bad experience with this company which is located in Langley maIl. My appointment was with Yanis, during my process of purchasing new phone, he asked me to purchase a device protection, but I said I don’t need it. He pushed me to buy and after couple of days I can cancel it, I said I don’t have time to call them for cancellation but he said he will do it. After two weeks I saw that I’ve been charged for the device protection plan. When I called him he said that I should cancel it. When I tried to cancel, the estimated wait time was 38 minutes and after 2 hours that I didn’t receive any call then I tried again but this time the estimated wait time is 54 minutes. That’s a horrible experience and embarrassing customer service. Never trust them again....

I had a great day with wireless waves and decided to buy my new phone from there. Each staff has been helpful to me. My salesperson was Syed Muzzamil he helped me from start to end with a lot of patience. Also, other staff were very cooperative in giving service. I lovedtheir service.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with Mike at this location to make some changes to my cell phone plan. I can honestly say, it was the single best cell phone service interaction I've had in the last 25 years. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and super quick. I would recommend Mike and this shop to anyone for any cell phone needs!
