What happened to customer service. Usually at a Walmart you sometimes have a large amount of groceries. I bring my own bags. And they all refuse to now pack your bag for you. I’m a senior and I’m not a grocery packer. I haven’t been trained in it, and I don’t want to get home with things squished or broken because of my bad packing and I feel the pressure to just get it in the bag so they can move onto the next customer. If you go anywhere else for groceries, except maybe superstore and no-frills whose prices reflect that they’re not gonna pack your groceries because you’re getting your groceries for cheaper.. All the other stores pack them nicely for you. this Walmart has very poor customer service.

I was so disappointed with this store. First off the staff didn’t know what couscous was a directed me to two different aisles when I couldn’t find is I asked another staff member and her being on her cellphone was more important than helping a customer and then she didn’t know what the product was and made me pull it up on my cellphone.

Do not ever shop at this store! I placed an online order for groceries on Nov 3. Shortly after they cancelled my order due to short staffed. The money came out of my bank. I went to my store in Nov 6 and was advised I won’t get my money back until 3-5 business days and now I called customer support and the man was rude and said 5-7 business days. It was $158 and I can’t afford to wait . I m never shopping there again!!

Last week I went to Walmart and received the worst service. The self checkout's were closed in the 20 plus items, and although I don't like to have to check out on my own there is alot of pressure when the cashier does not assist in bagging. They just keep scanning and squishing everything together and even when asked to help say they don't get paid to do that. Well guess what? I don't work there? Where did bagging our own groceries become the customers job. It has become apparent that Walmart does not measure their rating on customer service, it is more likely the sales they out through. Walmart really needs to look more at customer service and finding a balance. The young man that helped me, refused to help bag my groceries and I feel that is unacceptable service. There are other Supermarkets in our Neighbor hood that we can support instead of Walmart.

I went with my kids on October 14, Friday evening to buy a memory card and the two ladies there first of all, made us wait while talking among themselves, not acknowledging us specially the one with a yellow vest and straight hair, just above shoulder height, had a face like she’ve had never had any fun of any kind for 5 years, so pathetic and unfriendly. The other with a messy hair and blue vest finally turns around and asks if I needed anything. Obviously I am there to buy something! When I pay I said thank you and, not even a “you’re welcome” for a minimal courtesy. Really bad customer service. Pathetic. Go to stores where their management invest in customer service.

Garbage customer service from customer service department.
Had very basic questions to ask - no one answers the phone at customer service desk, after 20 minutes of calling trying to get through - I called the pharmacy (the only people in the building that will answer the phone) asking for a transfer. Spoke with a “customer service” clerk - spoke with her for 30 seconds and she put me on hold for over 30 minutes again.
Answer the phone, direct a call, answer a question - it’s not that hard….

Pretty well stocked. However staff at the self checkout are rude and pushy about the credit cards. This store always has wrong prices posted as well so ALWAYS check before paying.

I was working at Walmart in North Vancouver in 2019.As a person who already ia working with this company I have to say some staff not all of them need some customer service practice because they even don’t know very basic things as simple as say sorry.
25 separate 2024 around 8:45 pm i was in this location and Regarding the problem I had, the self checkout staff didn't even bother to apologize, even though it was clear the store clerks were to blame for the problem.

You won't get a cart unless you have $1. I straight up had to go to a different walmart to do my shopping because I couldn't get a cart.
