They had a special sale on photos, so we ordered them for a Rememberance Day event.The location for pickup was correct, we had all our ducks lined up in a row, but the site didn't indicate that sale event pictures are processed and shipped from Ontario. We phoned customer service, they had no idea, the tracking link they sent didn't work we ended up going into our location (tried to phone, no answer,) and they said they will arrive in the next two weeks. So disappointed, no pictures for Rememberance Day. Be aware.

Customer Service is bad.My orders didn’t print on time.I won’t recommend this place if you’re looking for an express canvas. Express canvas means to pick up the next day. I payed for more because of that. I got 2 emails saying it was delayed. I waited for another day and I finally received the email saying “ready for pick up”. When I arrived to this location, they said it wasn’t ready. They didn’t have the materials for the size I asked for which was just 16 x 20. They didn’t even notified me. I even saw the picture I ordered just hanging out at the edge of their printer and was crinkled and they didn’t even bother to put it aside. On top of that, they made me wait and at the end they asked me to just call the customer service.

I had ordered various sized enlargements for a special event through the photo centre. When I checked my photos, I realized that I had forgotten to print one enlargement and time was running out. I contacted the photo centre, really not expecting much but had the wonderful luck to be served by Raj. She promised to watch out for my online order and to print it as soon as she received it. She also said she would call as soon as it was ready. Again, I really did not expect much, but Raj followed through on everything she said she would do. She is a total credit to her department. Wonderful customer service!

They don't do children passport photos. She said they don't have studio so go to staples.

I ordered a print online for next day and it took 4 days to get it. I would not have ordered it had I known it would not be ready next day

Friendly staffs, only take 10 minutes for passport photos. affordable price, only 9.97 + tax on my case.

I've ever been so disappointed and treated poorly in my life. I have a repair garage and have bought car batteries from Walmart. They charge a core when you buy a new battery and when you return the old one you can get your core refunded. Thats what the sign says..., I went in with receipts for 13 core batteries and the 13 core batteries for my refund, the two ladies behind the counter kept calling for a manager.. they would only refund me for a store credit, I explained I paid with a credit card and I have the receipt so I would like the money put back on my card. They told me that the can only issue a refund back to my card for the batteries the were bought from walmart, I explained these are the old batteries not the new ones, I'm looking for the core to be refunded not a refund of the original purchase. I asked to talk to the manager, the manager can to talk and insisted that that is thier policy. I said its impossible to return a core that was bought from Walmart. I explained you have a car, lets say a Volvo, your battery goes dead and you come to Walmart to buy a new battery and the ruturn your old battery for core and it says Volvo on it, thats not the battery you just bought from Walmart. I left frustrated without my core rufund that I had paid in good faith, after wasting over an hour of my time.

I ordered my christmas photos from here as I do every year. I always order very early, so I have enough time to send to family over seas. Early Wednesday morning I got an email saying that my photos were ready for pick up. I went Thursday evening to pick up and waited for 20 minutes before being told that they couldn't find the photos, perhaps the shipment hadn't been unpacked, and to come back tomorrow. I understand that things happen and this is the fault of a poorly automated email notification system, however I did have to drive out of my way to go pick up. The next day I connected with customer service, and was told that the photos were still missing, and they would have to do a reprint, but I'd have to wait another 8-12days. I told them that this wouldn't work with my timeline, and asked if they could please upgrade to the one-day print option. To me this seemed reasonable, as it is their error, it is a 10 cent per photo difference, which would cost them an extra $6. They told me no, I could either wait the 8-12 days or be refunded.I chose to be refunded and then discovered that Staples photos are cheaper and offer same-day pick up.TLDR: Go to staples, it's cheaper, ready sooner, and Walmart doesn't care about their customers.

I ordered 2 photos 2 months ago for a special event, I followed up twice!! Even hot a confirmation email to pick up in store!That the store never received.Promised a follow-up, 2 weeks ago, still haven't heard.
