This store has always been my go to store for electronics stuff. Last week I went after a long time and the new manager their Vikram, he was very helpful and polite. He guided me properly and the knowledge he had regarding different products, it was just great. Vision team, congrats on adding such a great manager to your team. Will visit soon

The sales team except the manager named 'Vikram' is pretty good. But this person is arrogant and because of his attitude, I had to cancel my order worth at least 3-4k dollars. Had already been dealing with the store's team for the past couple of months on multiple orders for a new house we bought, and they had been super helpful. Shout out to Pulak Bansal. He is a great guy, so if you ever plan to go to this place, just ask for him to help you out.

I asked for a television to be brought up and placed on a tv cabinet. It was left in the box, unable to use it as I am a senior and on my own. I cannot lift it and it was promised that it would be placed in the cabinet. Manager argued with me , am very disappointed in the lack of service!

Aloshi and his technician were great to deal with. We came in looking for a new tv, Aloshi was polite, tentative helped us make a good deal on a tv. They even had it installed the same day! Would highly recommend!

I bought a JBL karaoke machine from this location yesterday and I must say I was very satisfied with the great customer service offered by pulak and Akshay..These two sales persons were very professional and attentive.They took the time to understand what I was really looking for and within my budget..they also offered me a very good price for what I bought..They really have good products with amazing prices..very satisfied and great customer service from these 2 guys..thank you

This is my radio for over the past 2 months because visions langley can’t seem to figure out how to do warranty work efficiently and communicate with their customers. I’ve called multiple times and even called head office where I get a different answer every time by employees, and when you ask to speak to a manager apparently they don’t work after 3:30 on weekdays cause you can never get ahold of one. Very disappointed I will never shop here again for a single thing. They lost my business.

I placed an order for a laptop and was informed that "it would be in by Sunday at the latest". Wednesday rolled around before I was even informed that the device was available for pickup. Poor communication seems to be the issue here. Would carefully consider tineline for inter-store transfers.

I would highly recommend Visions! Their staff are helpful, knowledgeable and "Vik" worked a great deal on an LG tv for me. For my next electronics purchase, Visions will be the 1st place I visit.

Would not price match due to Memory Express not an "authorized dealer" according to some allegedly list that the Staff pulled up in their system within 5 seconds.
Wanted to do a low price guarantee at Visions for a MicroSD card as I was picking up another item from them that I spent over $1000 on.
Would not be back! Honestly hard to believe that Memory Express, a Canadian retailer with many physical stores around the country is somehow not "authorized" for their low price guarantee. Empty promises!
