Workers were the most friendly out of any Value Village I have went to.Everything was well organized and a ton of great finds and most reasonably priced. Was sad to see how many customers steal and change tags. But glad to see the Staff were very aware and dealt with such accordingly. The staff deserve awards for real.Worth the drive to those contemplating coming from other cities!

No more change rooms makes trying on clothes a guessing game. If you get the wrong fit, exchange only snd no refunds. Be very weary prior to purchasing clothes here!!

This one seemed to have a better selection compared to many. But I recommend checking out the mission thrift store across the street! Their prices were phenomenal and staff was very friendly.

Overpriced items like any other Value village. Some items better buy brand new in order to save money, what doesn’t line up with store mission statement

Place is alright but wayyyyyy overpriced. If you’re going to go to a thrift store I’d suggest the three around the same area. Other places have way better prices and are generally nicer people.

This is, as a veteran thrifter, the best Value Village in the Lower Mainland for selection. I have found amazing high end clothing and accessory gems here and they are constantly rotating stock. Downsides: can be quite crowded with other shoppers, items can be quite squeezed together on the rack, no changing rooms but there are mirrors at the ends of the aisles. Self checkout is easy. I would rather donate to a non-profit organization, but the selection here is just too good. Its proximity to Mission Thrift, the Hospital Auxiliary thrift, Talize, and Thrifter’s Paradise also can’t be beat.

Way overpriced thrift clothing items. (Tshirts) I looked through all mens and womens. The few Tshirts I thought I had found with decent graphics had twisted seams and little moth holes in them. I like this thrift store for their books deals though. Those feel more worth the value.

This place offers high-quality, almost like new products, but the prices are a bit on the higher side.

I recently visited and unfortunately had a disappointing encounter with one of the supervisors. Despite the courteous service from the cashier, the supervisor, who was a red hair, displayed a rude attitude that overshadowed the positive experience. It was evident that she was unwilling to assist or collaborate, even with issues such as damaged or separated items that needed attention. On the other hand, the cashier provided a welcoming atmosphere and effectively addressed my concerns. However, the unpleasant encounter with the supervisor left me with a sour impression of the store. Despite purchasing my items and leaving promptly, the experience detracted from an otherwise enjoyable shopping trip.In conclusion, while the cashier's professionalism was commendable, the negative interaction with the supervisor significantly impacted my overall perception of the store. I hope that management addresses such behavior to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.
