Today I visited Urban Bar and was interested in purchasing a coffee table with a tag that said 15% off. Since the tag was still attached, I asked if the discount was still valid. The supervisor then came over and informed me that they couldn’t apply the 15% off because the tag had been forgotten and should have been removed. When I asked if there was anything she could do about it, she said no and offered no further solution. This felt very unfair and unprofessional. If maintaining accurate pricing is your responsibility, it’s important to take ownership of such errors.

They have some very nice pieces there but surely not the best people working. I recently visited their Langley branch and upon opening the door instead of being greeted like "Welcome" this lady at the door asked me instead "what are you looking for"
I don't mind it but she could be having a hard day or something but there wasn't any smile or anything on her face. She didn't look at me while speaking to me. She sounded rude to me.
And then I asked her politely if I can see the purchase manager as I sell Hand made rugs, things got even worse as she started addressing me even rudely and said" you should better know that purchasers do not sit in showrooms". My bad I guess...
Even though it sounded like I wasn't welcome any longer I felt really insulted.
For the last time I asked if she minds if I have a look at the items to which she nodded yes but I didn't feel comfortable walking around.
So I left with sour memories of this place.
I am usually never a negative feedback person but OMG
what's with the attitude.
Ps. Note to the Manager. If you keep having people with low morale and unfriendly nature in a place where you are selling home decor products that are exactly to make people happy about their lifestyle, you should think of ways to improve persona of people on the floor.

I have had such an amazing experience with Urban Barn Langley! My husband and I recently moved into our new home and I didn’t even know where to begin. The staff at Urban Barn Langley made things so easy and smooth; especially Kristen! She was so kind, patient, and had the exact expert knowledge we needed to make our space beautiful and cozy! A huge thank you to the team and I recommend this location to anyone and everyone looking to fill their space with quality pieces! I’ll be sure to be back as I continue with my decor and essential home pieces!

I had a excellent experience at Urban Barn Langley! One of the sales, Guia, was incredibly helpful. She provided numerous suggestions on king bed frames and living room decoration, and was very professional throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, we were able to get the bed frame and site table on time. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional customer service.

Worst customer service ever! 4 girls were just standing at the cash register laughing and did not greet or ask if we need any help. We were about to buy a dining table but we had to ask girls to come over again and again for price and other information. Very disappointed. You guys need to work on customer service skills .

BUYER BEWARE!I spent thousands of dollars buying furniture at urban barn and they will not replace my cushions for my mondo chairs THAT FELL APART IN THREE YEARS OF USE. They sell you on the claim of extended furniture warranty and they don’t follow through. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
