Urban Art & Design is my go-to place for framing. I have framed a lot of pieces with Tracy & Dawn over the years. My own pieces as well as pieces for other people who trust me to know what they'd want. They are amazing and such pros. I absolutely love working with them and get really excited when I have a new piece to frame with them. I have also had pieces re-framed here after the one time I tried another gallery and ended up hating how it turned out so much that I needed to get it re-done. I also had a very old and very sentimental family heirloom that was not a typical piece of art but a wood carved 3-D heart, that was hand painted with a tiny vignette scene inside, fixed up and restored by the team at Urban Art. They took such great care of it and brought it back to life for me. Don't go anywhere else for your framing or art needs... Urban Art is the only place you need to go.

I am pleased beyond words. Got three digital images printed and framed. Dawn walked us through it all with great patience and advice. The print job was excellent. The framing exceeded all of my expectations. And on fairly short notice, Dawn and the team somehow managed to get it all done in time for Christmas.It originally didn't look like they would be done in time for Christmas as the moldings we selected were not in stock and had to be ordered. It was expected to take 2 weeks or more to get the moldings. But somehow they got there sooner and Dawn made sure that we were moved to the top of the list for framing.Really amazing work and service. Dawn and the rest of the team certainly made our Christmas one to remember.I hope to try their giclee printing in the new year.We wish them all a very Merry Christmas and the very best in the New Year.

I wasn’t really sure of the color and style of the frame I wanted but the staff were very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. They showed me a range of options and helped me arrive at my final choice. My framed print turned out beautifully. I am very pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

This is the first time I have ever written a company google review. I feel so compelled to share the support our family has received over the years from the wonderful staff at Urban Art & Design.Six years ago, they guided me through a photo book project for our father's 90th Birthday. They were warm, welcoming, & professional, and they took time to consult with me as the project progressed. It is now one of all our family's most cherished possessions.Remembering the support we received 6 years ago, we returned a few months ago after our parents passed to see if we could digitalize all of our family photos & letters, and restore & frame cherished photos. When Tracey and Lorenzo reported they could do this massive project, we were so overwhelmed with joy.Consistent to our experience 6 years ago, the staff are personable, consulted regularly, and provided excellent professional support. We are especially grateful to Sue who worked diligently on this project and who we now feel is one of our family :).I have read many of the reviews and I can say all the wonderful comments are true. The staff are very special who are not only talented, but truly caring people. Our family is very grateful for their support over the years.

They know how to protect your art, preserve it, enhance it and personalize it to your tastes. Their obvious care and concern of the art I left with them for new glass, matting and framing gave me great confidence that I couldn’t have chosen better expertise in the world of framing art and design.

I have been a fibre artist for many years and my artwork requires special framing so the fabric won't fade over the years. Its also challenging to frame because of the many many little pieces of fabric that cover the canvas and continue over the edges of the canvas. I found Urban Art early in this process and I'm SO glad I did! I have stuck with them over the years and the many different locations and will continue to do so. The quality of work is outstanding and the service is above and beyond. Choosing just the right frame often takes awhile but they are always helpful with good advice and lots of patience. I will absolutely be sticking with Urban Art for all my framing needs in the future.
