This is a big store in my opinion. However, staffs probably don't know much about what is happening in the store. Everytime I have a question, I have to wait for them to go around and ask. I love to layout of this store.

This location has wonderful cheery staff members, their friendliness and welcoming has made each visit a nice stop. I was a little disappointed with the low lego star wars selections and find the prices to be a little more expensive than lego from Walmart or even the lego store. That being said its not too much for expensive, but the 5-10 extra bucks is noticeable. Over all would recommend checking this toys R us location especially if you are shopping in the Willowbrook area.

Prices may vary over time. Due to seasonal promotions. Most of the time, good value for your money. Love it. Especially Miss T loved it.

Was in awe at the nerf guns... but when I went to canadian tire the same guns I bought for 79.99... we're 39.99 !

I'm from the U.S.A and we don't have these anymore. This brings back so many good memories. Great store. My 11 and 22 year old girls had so much fun looking around.

Garbage establishment, do not waste your time shopping here.
Nothing in stock, no fair compensation and poorly trained staff.
Who ever is in charge of this store needs to do some serious homework on customer service.
Take your business elsewhere.
