I was looking for “the” place with a good selection and this is definitely it. So much to choose from and top quality merchandise. Dawn was MOST helpful to me and knew every detail about each piece. Brian was most accommodating- I got there before they opened and they let me in. Great sale prices and I saw nothing of poor quality. Easy place to find, lots of parking and no-pressure salesmanship which I like. I’d give more stars if I could.

The Wickertree is definitely my go-to store of all our backyard and patio furniture needs. They only carry the best quality products so I'm confident that they will keep us satisfied far into the furniture. The staff and support are top-notch and they always have a great selection of inventory to fill our every need which makes our backyard experience super rewarding for us and our guests every opportunity we have for fun in the sun at home.

We have dealt with the Wickertree and their excellent staff for over 10 years. They have been exceptional to deal with. We have invested in their top quality products that they provide and look after them by storing them in a dry area during the winter. When you buy quality you know it will last. We have a dinning set with 6 chairs that is 8 years old and in exceptional shape. We have invested over $15,000 in furniture and absolute LOVE every piece! The owner, Dustin, and his team are super professional and always go above and beyond to assist and serve and give you the best experience. I would highly recommend them and if I could I would give the 6 Stars! Thank you for making our patio times a ton of fun and super comfortable! We will most definitely be back!

Bought a new patio set from here, had a great experience from start to finish! We absolutely love the new furniture, they even made sure that we had in time for Mother's Day! Cannot recommend them enough!!

Well after countless excuses wicker tree has failed again to deliver almost $10,000 worth of patio furniture ordered last April. Yes almost a year, original delivery date was to be end of June 2021. We fully understand that there are supply chain issues and Covid related issues but to change the expected delivery date 5 times and make excuse after excuse as to why they can’t fulfill their end of the deal is unacceptable. Must be a nice business hanging onto customers money for almost a year and stating NO REFUNDS!!! Do yourself a Favour and spend your money with another business.-Response to wicker treeI love the constant deflection on the part of wicker tree in their review responses. Either the customer is unreasonable, rude or untruthful. That’s a very poor way for a business to resolve customer issues. Perhaps providing the goods purchased in a timely manner or refunding the money paid is a better route. Yes wicker tree your correct we received a patio table set late last summer that was supposed to be delivered in June. Congratulations on partially fulfilling a small part of the purchase. I’m not sure how that makes not providing the biggest part of the order a success on your part. How about instead of trying to shame customers that have trusted you with their money you either refund it or provide the furniture that was ordered. It’s a very simple concept. I would be glad to accept either solution. You stated our furniture (ordered April 4/21) would finally be ready March 18th After we called you for an update. I’m hopeful there is a reasonable solution at that time. PS I’m very focused on bringing positivity and good will into the world each day!!

Rude staff. Guy was eating his noodle lunch at the front desk and completely ignored us. When asked about the what Yeti coolers were available the answer was “sold out, it’s summer” thanks for nothing!

My husband and I came to visit this store last weekend. No hello from any of the staff members, as they were busy chatting with one another instead of acknowledging customers. We spent a good amount of time in that store and was never approached by anyone during our visit. Felt like our presence was a nuisance for them and we left feeling uncomfortable. Maybe it’s because we are Asian? Who knows but we will not be returning.
