I was looking for “the” place with a good selection and this is definitely it. So much to choose from and top quality merchandise. Dawn was MOST helpful to me and knew every detail about each piece. Brian was most accommodating- I got there before they opened and they let me in. Great sale prices and I saw nothing of poor quality. Easy place to find, lots of parking and no-pressure salesmanship which I like. I’d give more stars if I could.

The Wickertree is definitely my go-to store of all our backyard and patio furniture needs. They only carry the best quality products so I'm confident that they will keep us satisfied far into the furniture. The staff and support are top-notch and they always have a great selection of inventory to fill our every need which makes our backyard experience super rewarding for us and our guests every opportunity we have for fun in the sun at home.

We have dealt with the Wickertree and their excellent staff for over 10 years. They have been exceptional to deal with. We have invested in their top quality products that they provide and look after them by storing them in a dry area during the winter. When you buy quality you know it will last. We have a dinning set with 6 chairs that is 8 years old and in exceptional shape. We have invested over $15,000 in furniture and absolute LOVE every piece! The owner, Dustin, and his team are super professional and always go above and beyond to assist and serve and give you the best experience. I would highly recommend them and if I could I would give the 6 Stars! Thank you for making our patio times a ton of fun and super comfortable! We will most definitely be back!

Bought a new patio set from here, had a great experience from start to finish! We absolutely love the new furniture, they even made sure that we had in time for Mother's Day! Cannot recommend them enough!!

Well after countless excuses wicker tree has failed again to deliver almost $10,000 worth of patio furniture ordered last April. Yes almost a year, original delivery date was to be end of June 2021. We fully understand that there are supply chain issues and Covid related issues but to change the expected delivery date 5 times and make excuse after excuse as to why they can’t fulfill their end of the deal is unacceptable. Must be a nice business hanging onto customers money for almost a year and stating NO REFUNDS!!! Do yourself a Favour and spend your money with another business.-Response to wicker treeI love the constant deflection on the part of wicker tree in their review responses. Either the customer is unreasonable, rude or untruthful. That’s a very poor way for a business to resolve customer issues. Perhaps providing the goods purchased in a timely manner or refunding the money paid is a better route. Yes wicker tree your correct we received a patio table set late last summer that was supposed to be delivered in June. Congratulations on partially fulfilling a small part of the purchase. I’m not sure how that makes not providing the biggest part of the order a success on your part. How about instead of trying to shame customers that have trusted you with their money you either refund it or provide the furniture that was ordered. It’s a very simple concept. I would be glad to accept either solution. You stated our furniture (ordered April 4/21) would finally be ready March 18th After we called you for an update. I’m hopeful there is a reasonable solution at that time. PS I’m very focused on bringing positivity and good will into the world each day!!

I don't even know where to start! The staff were so helpful and very informative on the types of materials and styles that they offer. They have a huge variety of all types of furniture from indoor to outdoor. I purchased a fire pit table patio set as well as 2 lounge chairs for the pool deck in March. I am so happy with the quality and the compliments I get from all my guests. I rave to tell them where I got it from. I met Dustin and he was so kind! I also love the Yeti products they have, the cups are worth the price and last forever. I can't wait to order the cooler next! I would also add that we were greeted right away and acknowledged and all Covid protocols were in place. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I will be going back for more.

Had a wonderful experience at the Wickertree in Langley! All staff were knowledgeable and assisted me in finding the perfect patio furniture set for my husband and I. We absolutely love this piece and it arrived on time and delivery staff were very helpful. Store manager Dustin was lovely to deal with as he assisted us in also previously purchasing a bar and stool set, a couch and other pieces for our home. Quality at its finest as all furniture is in fantastic condition still and does not wear and tear easily. Will be definitely coming back for more pieces!

I recently went to Wickertree to compare patio furniture from other competitor's and boy am I glad I did! That good old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true! The Wickertree has gorgeous furniture and the quality is something a show home would display. Actually, I think they furnish the show homes for children's hospital foundation lottery and the PNE. I am so happy with the lounger chairs and patio reclining rocking chairs that I purchased. Dustin, the owner was there and so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good quality, attractive and comfortable furniture. They sell indoor furnishings as well.

Thank you to the knowledgable staff at The Wickertree in Langley for the most wonderful experience! We bought a new patio set that was perfect for our outdoor setting! The owner himself came and advised us on the best type of furniture to suit our needs and growing family. Delivery was a breeze! I think you might see more of us as we are debating on the fire pit table!! Thank you again!!!

Not being able to travel this year, we decided to splurge and get some new furniture for our deck. This is the place to go if you’re looking for selection and customization! It was nice to be able to pick cushion fabric that we liked, and not just get the exact same stuff everyone else has. The lady that helped us was very kind and patient, and she made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We’ll definitely be back when we want to add more pieces to our set! Can’t beat the Wickertree! Thank you!!

Take your money and spend it elsewhere. We spent more than we normally would because we thought we were getting a "high quality product". We bought a patio sectional and we had barely used it for TWO seasons. Firstly, the seams on one of the cushions came apart at the zipper.I was told this was not covered and therefore, it cannot be repaired. Secondly, the ottoman frame had broken at one of the joints. I was told it was not a manufacturer's defect and that they have "never seen this before". Once again I was told that they would not be able to fix it or replace it as the warranty does not cover this kind of damage. What does their warranty cover exactly?? Keep in mind that I've only owned it for a short time. The only thing that the manager offered me was a discount by spending more money on buying a replacement product. I refuse to spend another dollar on a product that I do not have any confidence in. I would not recommend this place. The sales staff were friendly, but once they have your money, they don't stand behind their products. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. Very disappointed!!!
