Had water coming in from the outside of my basement suite and damaged my walls and floors.
Not covered!!! Paid in for over 10 years and not covered for rainwater getting in my house!!! That should be a normal thing that every insurance should cover. Very disappointed probably switching to a better solution insurer. Very disappointed

Buyer Beware! I wish I had researched these reviews before signing! The MO of this company is to undercut the competition in the beginning, then hit hard when a claim is submitted, leaving customers out in the cold. Absolutely no peace of mind in being insured. Appalled at the disgraceful way they handled our claim.

I have been a client for decades and because i enquired about a claim they refused to renew my insurance, horrible customer service. i have always paid my premiums and horrible to deal with on a claim. Poor communication. STAY AWAY. i am happy to go elsewhere at this point. Dont make this your choice for even more reasons than this! read the reviews!- Added response due to your response-False, not true at all. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY. They reached out to punish me for trying to do a claim, 1 claim in 2014 for very small amount, because i tried to enquire and have a claim looked at they cut me off. DO NOT SPEND YOU MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY< I am happy to share privately factual information .

BEWARE!! Our home was severely damaged by tornado like winds. One month later and we are still waiting claim approval. Our roof, which is missing shingles, is now covered with snow. Our siding, which is no longer manufactured, was lifted and cracked and now they want to know if it can just be patched and if our shingles were properly installed...it was 130km hour winds!!! Nothing but hassles and stupidity from this company.
