Great place for amy hockey gear. People are super knowledgeable. Only 4 stars because the shooting lanes literally has no time limit. I think a timer system would be good to help keep the line moving. Some kids are just in there shooting for 10+minutes straight while there is a super long line.

Had such great service from Brandon with skate fittings. My daughter was complaining her feet were hurting, she was recently sized elsewhere and told she needed to go up a size in the next few weeks.We popped in for a sizing and new skates after practice and we were lucky enough to have Brandon ask if we needed a hand. Brandon could have sold me new bigger skates like the other store told me she needed but instead he determined she’s only starting to fit her skates now and spent an hour with us correcting the issue that was causing her pain. He spent a lot of time trying multiple options to find the most comfortable solution for her narrow feet. She’s been super happy feeling like she’s on new jets since.Couldn’t ask for a better experience and we’ll definitely be making the trek from mission for all our hockey needs now.

Thanks to Andrew who helped size me in getting a new pair of skates today. The experience was truly great. As a plus sized person who has only recently started to play hockey in the last couple of years, I was hesitant to go in and explain the difficulties I was having with my skates I had got elsewhere. Andrew listened, made recommendations, and let me know I could always change my mind. I really appreciate his knowledge and just how respectful he was with me. Thanks Hockey Shop, we always stop in on our way to Vancouver coming from Edmonton and we have had excellent customer service every time. See you all again soon!

The Hockey Shop consistently has competitive or the lowest pricing on equipment for my kids. I've been leary about ordering on the internet predicated on pricing alone. When I was able to order brand new Warrior pads for my daughter for $200.00 off, I went for it. Turned out they didn't happen to have them in stock, but ordered the size and colour that I wanted while honouring the sale price. Andrew was great at taking responsibility for my order and keeping in touch. Great selection, price and service! Thanks Andrew!

Trevor provided incredible service today as we stopped in to buy new skates for our daughter. He took the time to carefully explain the various options, and the intricate details of how each part of the skate contributed to the overall fit. His knowledge, expertise, communication skills, patience, and hockey sense was greatly appreciated. Thank you Trevor for taking the time to get the right fit for our daughter as her previous skates were causing her pain due to improper fit (which were purchased at a different store where we did not receive nearly the same level of service and knowledge). The Hockey Shop is lucky to have you there! We will be back.

Went there today with my 13y/o goalie and I would give the experience 6 stars if possible. Andrew helped us and he gave us so much time and help, it was amazing. Zero pressure to buy anything, and this man spent an hour+ trying on masks and pads to get the right fit. I would recommend this place and Andrew to the parents of any young goalie.

They had accidentally sent me the wrong socks. Within a few hours of my email, they had express shipped my correct socks and I had them in hand within 2 days of my original delivery. Fantastic products, great staff to work with. Wish I lived closer to check out the actual store.
