If I could give no stars I would, I have had nothing but horrible experiences here, all the staff are rude and miserable and it seems as though they don’t want to help you, much less be at work. Management is no help either they are lazy childish and treat customers like garbage

If I could give negative stars this place deserves it,arrogant rude employees that treat u as if u are nothing , I closed my business account because you greedy arrogant piss heads charge my employees to cash checks at the bank they have accounts in as well as my business account , I go make a meeting with a staff member only to have them laugh and scoff at the issue and walk away while I'm talking mid sentence, and roll their eyes , all we get is sorry we can't do this and can't do that. You guys live up to Canada's standards of SORRY , I'll never open an account or do business with tD

Sad to say because I have been banking with TD for the last 15 years and that last encounter with "Sylvia" who is one of the tellers was the last straw. Complete disrespect to one's questions and requests. From the first gesture to the end of it, the whole conversation was not friendly and not for the best interest of the client at all.Stay away from Sylvia as funny or odd as it sounds like but she needs to retire or find another job!! ?

Came in to cash a cheque was told they couldn't do that. Also wanted to change my account was told I need an appointment. I asked what they do and she got mad and said make an appointment. Really confused, so you don't help customers? What is the purpose of having a bank if the teller just cops attitude and refuses to do a single thing.

ATM drive thru doesn’t actually take more than 1-2 bills for depositing at one time. Spent half hour trying and retrying with error every time. So frustrating.

I’ve visited several bank branches. This one is the slowest. Took me about 30 mins to deposit a simple check. Now that’s not TD. That’s tardy.

This branch really has a management crisis.Even appointments has a half an hour wait time. The employee didn't have the courtesy to check if the customer has arrived on the scheduled time. I had to remind the front desk about my appointment twice. They kept telling that they will inform the person with whom my appointment is scheduled. I had to email the person to let him know that I am waiting to meet.Again waited in the queue for another half an hour to take a different service which is not available in appointments service. What was the point of me scheduling an appointment if eventually I had to wait in the queue.
