Definitely it is under one star! (- 5 Stars)I ordered some stuff on November 28, 2023.I didn't get them yet and it says 'Processing'.I feel 'Processing' forever. Frustrating!!!Our office needs it right now, and we can't wait this long.I didn't receive any update email or info. from Staples.It doesn't make sense how Staples treats customer like this!!!1. Whenever I order anything in Staples.ca, always something is out of stock or insufficient while other online purchasing website offer how many stock they have in real time.2. Whenever I go to Staples to pick up, I face the same situation. Out of stock, insufficient items. It is wasting time, gas, effort.

Staples is the worst company about delivery system. The system is horrible because sometimes never deliver without notice. Customer should call to check if the delivery is ACTUALLY delivered. They never let customers know what is OUT OF STOCK. Customers suddenly realized something is missing after the delivery is done. I never buy anything from Staples online ever!

I had the great fortune to be looked after by Rohan at the Langley Staples store. He was knowledgeable, kind and went above and beyond helping us. He is a great asset to your organization. We would have left today without a new iPhone has he not saved the day. Epic customer service!

We shipped a parcel back to Amazon via a Purolator drop off. We waited maybe 5 minutes to be served. Very friendly and accommodating service. Will definitely return.

Every once in a while, when I encounter an employee with outstanding customer service I believe they should be recognized. Thank you Chris from Langley Staples. I perceived you to be very knowledgeable about the issues I inquired about. You were friendly and helpful and your priority was to save me money. Thank you for your conscientious efforts.

The young lady from the copy center who helped me with my email print, copy and scan email was excellent!! I don't recall her name, but her customer service was fantastic. Even after she helped me she was being pulled in several directions from other customers. I noticed that even then...she kept her cool and satisfied all of the customers.

I went to this location in Langley yesterday I was so glad that they were open on Labour day as well. There was an employee named as Jaspinder she was so kind and helpful to me. Her double hands were working so well with a smile on her face she was greeting everybody so well because everytime I visited there before I didn’t had such a nice experience but this lady made my day not only to me she was helpful to others as well.

Langley Staples is my favourite store to shop for office items and children’s school supplies. They are also the only pet friendly store. Very welcoming and friendly store with amazing staff and always helpful. Above all they all have a beautiful smile!!!

I recently went to staples because I needed to print out a 1 page document. I left my copy card at home so I thought instead of getting another one I would go to the copy center front desk and ask them to do it, also because it was just one page. I explained and she agreed easier for her to do it. After she handed me the page she said The total was over $3 ...I said for one page! She's said we'll there's a service fee because I had to do it for you. I said it's 20cents if I did it myself it's a rip off for me to pay $3. This cashier should of told me about this "service fee" ahead of time because obviously I would of not had her do it and just gotten another copy card. It was a waste of my time and hers as I tore the paper up and left and won't be back. The girls attitude was rude as well.

Came in today for some photocopy work for our Restaurant’s soft open. Needed some quick work done. Harmeet from the solutionshop told me not to worry and got my print job(heavy amount) done in 10 minutes. I was very impressed with his service. Would recommend this location, and if you stop by look for Harmeet!

Hannah is the best employee this staples had, I would say I never had a such wonderful experience at staples before. I had to come back twice cause the system had problem with scanning , there was no one really to help you out, both times I was told they are busy with online order though it was only matter of 5 mins. I get it they were busy never complained totally understood but the service I received from hannah on july 26 was incredible, I didn’t get time before to leave an review. She solved the same problem within seconds. She is an awesome employee, really helpful.

Been there twice to scan documents. They have the worst service. Whoever manages this location should be fired. The two people at the print counter never look up, the computers always have issue, they have huge lineups because of lack of staff. I left the first time after waiting 10 min for help. I came back a few days later and the same issues. I’d never go there to print or scan anything.
