I've purchased ski equipment in the past at Sports Replay, no change to the great service provided. I recently almost purchased a new pair skis that did not suit my experience level. Owen stepped in and assisted by asking the right questions and offering a better pair. They had my new bindings and skis set-up and ready to go within a couple of days.

We purchased ski gear for our 8 year old daughter and were helped by Ethan2 (2 Ethans) and his service was amazing. I was questioning buying ski equipment at Sports Replay over other ski stores but Ethan2 made me glad I do and was honest in what my daughter needed. I was willing to to pay more for new skis and other gear at Sports Replay but Ethan2 informed us as to what we needed and why and I was more comfortable in getting my daughter used skis and boots.
Truly the best shopping experience at any sports store…
Ethan2 is a rockstar. I will be shopping more often at Sports Replay.

Initially, our experience was frustrating as it took over 4 hours to rent 5 pairs of skis. We arrived early to handle the rental in advance, but were asked to return later. The process was slowed further by requests for weight and size information right before they began waxing and adjusting the skis, which made it feel like the time we spent earlier was wasted. However, after receiving a detailed explanation of the difficulties they faced during the process, I can see they did their best to manage the situation. They made it clear that they care about customer satisfaction and are committed to providing a positive experience. Despite the challenges, I appreciate their effort and hope our next visit will be more seamless.

There is so much product in this store that its overwhelming.There was even a mountain of product in a pile behind the counter and the cash counter had less than a foot of free space to pay for product. I specifically went to the store for hockey equipment and I wasn't expecting to see soo much hockey equipment. I didnt get a chance to go through the whole store, but it appears that hockey, skiing and frisbee golf appear to be the majority of the stock.
The staff were very attentive and friendly and immediatly steered me in the right direction as soon as I entered the store. Thank god, because of they hadn't, I may still be there looking through the the maze of product.
Justin was very friendly and relatable.
The young guy that molded my skates was also friendly and patient.
The guy that sharpened my skates was very nice as well.
Despite the general feeling in the store of managing chaos, the staff were friendly and inviting and I was satisfied with the price and product.

We were very impressed by the employees here. Owen was especially great. This young man went above and beyond for our 10 year old son who has taken an interest in ice skating. We brought him here to get skates and a helmet. Our son gets discouraged from negative interactions. Owen was amazing, he made him feel comfortable and accepted while taking his time to find a good fitting pair of skates and a helmet for our son. He was knowledgeable, informing, and understood our price range. He guided us towards options best suited for our needs, and only let us know the option was there for better quality at higher price points. Very impressed with this young sales man. Our son left talking about how nice the man at the skate shop was, and how it made him feel great that he was sharing his stories about ice skating and playing hockey with our son. Wonderful experience.
In regards to the store, it's a good little spot for new and used sports gear. Lots of options, good prices. It's a little cramped, but with 2 floors and a workshop it should have everything you need. 4 stars for the store. Good experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Sports Replay for a couple years, and had an amazing experience again today! The staff in the workshop did an outstanding job mounting my skis bindings. Owen, a handsome young guy, worked quickly and efficiently, delivering top-notch service while ensuring everything was perfectly set up. I really appreciated how fast they met my needs without compromising quality. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for professional and friendly service. Five stars all the way!

Helpful and supportive. We shopped when the store wasnt as busy so had a lot of time to figure things out. However, I've been in the store when it's very busy and staff still have tried their hardest to meet my family needs.

We went there recently to gear up my two players for the season. It was our first time there and they were absolutely phenomenal. The two who helped us willingly shared their vast hockey knowledge and skills including taping the new stick. Definitely recommend heading over there for any gear you need.

Another great experience at Sports Replay!
We come in a few times each year for my son’s lacrosse gear. Joe quickly and efficiently got my son’s helmet fixed up.
