Spent almost $200 for ski boots only for them to break after just 3 days of skiing. Overpriced for used gear, no guarantee of quality. At their prices you may as well buy new.And their wait time for ski waxing is weeks when you can get that done same-day on the mountain. They are self-important and a total waste of your time. A lot like auto shops that have week-waits for an oil change when Great Canadian Oil Change will do it in 10 minutes.

very bad service "tune-up shop", I paid over $80 for ski wax and sharpening, one week later when i went to shop to pick up my ski, after a while to looking for my ski, i was told they forgot to work on my ski. After i went to ski two times only, when I took my ski this shop for binding, I was told, my ski need to wax again! I doubt if they waxed my ski. I will never go back to this shop!!!

Our son is trying lacrosse for the first time and we needed help with finding and fitting all the gear. Jesse helped us at the store and was very helpful, showing us all the equipment, ensuring proper fit and also finding us the best options for price & considering the promotional sales on at the moment. Much appreciated and our son is excited to get out and try the game!

I went there to get my little one outfitted with everything needed for their skating lessons and the young man who helped us was amazing. He helped us find used skates, slice proof gloves, skating socks, and helmet. He was really good with my little one and I left feeling confident that we had everything needed for the ice skating lessons. At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything and options were given for everything we purchased. As a result when my husband needed to have his skates sharpened and needed a new helmet, Sports Replay is the first place we thought of. They were just as helpful this time. I highly recommend them.

Shoutout to Joe and Nick those guys are beauties. Came here for shin pads and a screw for my visor that no other big name stores had. I was surprised to find a fantastic selection of new and used gear for everything! Motocross to disc golf. I will be choosing sports replay in the future for all my sporting needs.

As soon as we walked into the store, Jesse was there to greet us and was a great help in finding what we needed. For a young man, he was incredibly polite and kind and seemed to really enjoy his job. We will be back.

Stopped in to find some used ski boots & polls today. All of the staff there was sooo helpful and friendly. They spent the time with me until I found the perfect pair at a very reasonable price.Bonus was that I also found some great deals on out of season dirt biking gear.Love this place for it's staff and great deals on sporting goods!Great selection of both new and used and had some great Black Friday deals as well

Stopped in to get my daughter some new to us hockey pants. A nice young guy (Chase I believe) engaged our family as we came through the door, and asked if he could help us. He led us upstairs and found a pair of hockey pants that actually expand so they will last even a bit longer than a normal pair. We brought one of her shinguards also to check with the new pants, and he made the comment that he felt they were a little short also, and found us a great pair off the shelf to replace her current ones. Was a wonderful experience, great friendly staff, and we’ll certainly be back. Well done Sports Replay!
