I have been going here off and on for the past year or so. In the last few months they have had a customer service attendent standing by the payment kiosk as you drive up ask if you want to upgrade to a monthly membership and help you use the booking screen to select your carwash. It takes you less than a minute to select a wash, pay and move on. I don't need someone standing there each time I go for a carwash, asking me if I want a membership. It's pushy and disrespectful too be honest. If it keeps happening. I will take my business elsewhere.

Wow! I've come here for 2 years and prices just skyrocketed. Used to be the cheapest place around, now not worth it. Huge price increases overnight.

I went there today and got my new car washed. It’s a white pearl vehicle. First of all I spent $24 for a gold wash which is expensive for a drive thru service. The most horrific thing I experienced was the service. I got pulled in and the the front of my tire hit the rails they guided me in. So let me explain more the employees who looked like they worked for the hours then the customer care didn’t care cuz my tires and vehicle weren’t in alignment to pull in properly. I was already pissed off when I saw that and saw my tire bang into the rail. Secondly the gold wash was done and this wash was horrific. Let me tell you as I saw the short drive in and out my wash was done in merely as short time. The water was still fully embedded into my vehicle when I fully went thru even though they use this vacuum system to dry off. Ok fine drive off and with the warm weather the water will dry off while going a decent speed. I stopped and put gas at a station. This is when I noticed my rim was scraped and the pink purples colour wash liquid they use to wash your vehicle was all still dryer out on my vehicle. I put the gas in and had to pull over to see how my white paint was still covered in pink purple goo which didn’t wash off. What a horrible service and place to wash a car. 0 out of 10 reccomendation. This wasn’t the first time. I will be filing a complaint and damage to my rim. I don’t recommend. Sorry

Gave the 4 stars before I checked my truck. Now that I did check it, going up to a 5. Their equipment hit all the spots that most automatic car washes miss.

Worst location not enough vacuums for the amount of people that use it
Very little parking and what parking is available is laid out pretty ridiculously
The attendants are never around/ hardly visible
Which makes asking for tokens and dash wipes or air freshener inconvenient
Last time I went I asked the attendant for tokens he smiled and just walked away I waited about 5 minutes before deciding to track him down
The only redeeming quality here is the vacuum heads are a nicer design then the Surrey location.
Still this location is absolutely awful compared to the others and makes me question why I even have a wash pass for the last 18 months

Very bad cash wash.Full of soap marks on rear and front mirrors.Complete waste of 21$. Not recommended

I am a member and drove in today for car wash , on half way soaked with foam the wash just stopped with some technical issues for the car wash. They Made me wait for 20 in the car with a 2 and 10 year old kid and wife with the car soaked in foam with no word . The guy came and asked me to just drive through the wash track which I was rough for the car and tires where I heard a rumbling noise from under body of the car. After I drove out , I waited 15 minutes waiting some one would come rinse the foam from at but had to do it myself leaving foam marks on the car and windshield.
While I understand that technical errors can happen , I accept the service person to take the responsibility to rinse the foam and make the car clean. I do not think it is ideal to drive through the track which is rough and I fear it damaged my car under body.
To summarise it’s the worst experience!

I have a membership but 2 of the lanes had a glitch in the machines to scan my vehicle tonight. It was nice to get my car clean inside and out. The vacuums work very well. The gentleman was efficient and pleasant.
After this review tonight I posted pictures of my vehicle after going through the car wash. My vehicle is disgusting. There is still major dirt left on it.. Càt foot prints, bird poop also. The dryer did not work. I have used this service for a while and have a membership. I tried phoning 2ce and no answer. I expect to get some compensation for this as I have a group function to go to tomorrow and I wanted a clean car. I will be going back to the langley station also to complain.
I have gone to the station. Manager has compensated me.

I am a new Speedwash member. So far, the washes have been ok, but with one criticism....that being the speed of the track which takes the vehicle through should be slowed by 20%. Not enough time is given in the final rinse and soap is always left behind.
I'll keep on with my membership, but hope that the wash will become more efficient.
