I am extremely disappointed with the management at this store. The manager’s behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, I have witnessed the manager being outright rude to both employees and customers. It’s clear that there is a severe lack of respect and basic courtesy, creating a hostile and uncomfortable environment. This kind of treatment is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the entire store. I will not be returning until there are significant changes in the management’s attitude and approach.

Poor customer service. Only went there because they had exactly what I wanted and I'm a no nonsense kind of shopper. I waited for someone to help me but they were more keen on stocking shelves and messing around than making a sale. I had to ask for help from the front desk and asked "can I buy some shoes please" for which I was mocked and laughed at saying "yea that's what we sell here..." No assistance offered until I had to ask directly. I would have walked out immediately after that if they weren't the only store locally that had what I wanted.
So $250+ later and I have my boots but the employees are unhelpful and ignorant to any form of customer service.

The BEST customer service from Val at the Langley store. Returned some boots for a warranty issue. She was kind, patient and just lovely to deal with. THANKS!

I would rate 0 if I could. Customer service is a huge part of retail, anyone that’s worked retail would know. I have never experienced such poor service within a retail store. The two ladies that work at this Willowbrook location is not attentive at all, was talking in their foreign language, and extremely impatient & rude.

Review by Bianca Sinclair . My experience at soft moc Willowbrook Mall was amazing ! I have to note the employees that made it great. Karvina, Pri and Malika were so helpful! They were kind, funny and really great people to deal with. I would absolutely shop here again for all of our families shoes.

Too bad I couldn’t give zero stars!Understandable it’s busy season for shoppers. But when you have the store manager treating customer with rude comment and tone, then it becomes an issue. Would not have complained had a better tone and response been received. How hard is it to say “Sorry sir, perhaps you can come back when we are less busy. As you can see we are quite busy and I am unable to retrieve the bag you want at this time” INSTEAD TO OF “I’m not going to the back to climb up and grab the bag you want! I’m the store manager”. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?! SoftMoc you can do better to train staff. If this is the tone at this store then you’ve lost a customer and more!
