Worst customer service ever, the owner and the manager of the business is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, She just care about big projects and doesn't respect or give time or attention to small projects, All she cares about is money with very bad service in return, It is either you do the whole business work with her so she can take the most money of you with her overcharge or she will tell you in the most unprofessional rude way that (looking at the scope of the job , I don't think our price will be competitive for you as it is only two panels of graphics and pylon sign, We won't be bidding on that project) Shame , I am actually the one who are not willing to do business with someone who has this mind

I had a fantastic experience with this store. I needed custom decals made to match a mural I was painting and the finished product matched the one I had painted exactly. Adam and his team were very accommodating and worked hard to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. They were quick to get back to me about any questions I had, were helpful when I was trying to figure out what I needed and of all the places I looked into, they were by far the most affordable. I highly recommend this business - I know I will be back!

We had a very bad experience with Surrey Signarama. They made 2 channel letter signs for our clinic. The communication was not clear from the start and they took the money before closing sign permits in the city. Their electrician did not even connect the sign to our main switch and we had to hire another electrician to apply for the permits and do the remaining sign job.We have no concerns about the quality of their work but unfortunately the way they did a job was very stressful for us.We don’t recommend them to anyone. We have also found now that they are the most expensive sign company compare to anyone else.Unfortunately we are posting this review after a long time but this was due and we are still feeling the same pain which we had experienced. Hope this will help others!Thanks
