WORST SERVICE, DO NOT GO HERE! . No one offered to help me when I was there. I set my bag on a counter and some rude staff scolded me for placing it on the counter. I have never in my life had a clerk yell at me for placing an object on a counter. I was going to buy a Charlotte Tilbury lipstick but changed my mind. Felt dismissed and unseen. Boycotted. Train your staff to learn some manners. Don’t shop at this place buy your products directly from the brands website or go to the Bay, cooler, much kinder staff there.

Great experience!! Kal helped me find the exact things needed for my skin. She guided me through properly, step by step. I made the purchase around 2 months ago, but I wanted to thank her for recommending me the products. It’s working and am really happy. Will definitely revisit the store .

It’s Saturday, Nov 23 at 17:12 . Both the girls at front door ( assign to great and thank to all the customers) was so busy in talking to each other that they don’t bother to say Hi , Hello and thank to any of the customers who is walking inside or leaving after spending a big amount inside .. very impressive customer service.

Customer service is soo bad ..they tell me they don't get dyson product in store .. while someone else is helping someone to check at the back if they still have the dyson product shes looking for... also asked if they have the dior foundation in my shade and the lady said they don't have it without even double checking

Had a great experience at this branch! I spoke with a representative named yarah she was kind and professional! She helped me find a foundation according to my needs even though I was a bit clueless she walked me through it and asked questions to find the right one, she was extremely patient and she got me shade match as well. After that she noticed that I had mentioned that I was struggling with dry flakey skin due to the cold and already having dry skin earlier, she recommended an amazing face mask and even a moisturizer that could help! She went above and beyond with her service and was super friendly!!

I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer and generally appreciate the high level of customer service I’ve experienced both in stores and with the customer service line. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Langley location left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.
I had purchased items during the VIB sale at another Sephora, where the 20% discount was accidentally missed. When I politely asked the manager at the Langley store to help apply the discount, she was very short, blunt, and refused to even try. Despite offering to bring the items to her directly so she could rescan them, she responded, "It’s not my mistake either, so I’m not going to fix it" and "Not at my store," as if there was no responsibility to assist customers with reasonable requests and that she owns that Sephora. Her attitude was unexpectedly dismissive, especially considering how simple it would have been to process a return and repurchase with the discount applied.
On top of that, when I tried to voice my concern to the front staff, they brushed me off, saying, " I heard over the headset, yeah, we’re not gonna help you. You can leave." I’ve never encountered this kind of dismissiveness and lack of basic courtesy in any Sephora store or with customer service over the phone, who agreed my request was reasonable and simple to address.
I spend a considerable amount at Sephora, and it was disheartening to be treated as if my request and business didn’t matter. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident, but it has certainly made me reconsider visiting this location in the future.

Signed up for my first beauty lesson. My sisters don’t have the patience to help teach me, and being colourblind I’ve avoided makeup as I can never know online or even in store if what I’m buying foundation, concealer etc are right for my skin tones. I’m almost 40 to be clear, so only now do I come to realize it’s time.
Thanks so much Hayley W for helping me learn everything from proper eye shadow techniques to contour. And for the birthday gift as a Sephora member. Appreciate that I have the dewy look down, and your recommendations were extremely helpful for my skin type. I look forward to purchasing the remaining items (brushes etc) next week, and maybe we can try matte and other makeup techniques for my next visit here.
Learning makeup with a professional vs. Videos not only is time saving, but actually sets a memory for me long term. Thank you ❤️

Excellent store… Wonderful staff… Excellent products… So why one star??? Because they use T-force to deliver products that are ordered online… And T-force refuses to bring the deliveries to the door in our condominium… They drop it off at the front mail area…
Why is this a problem?? Because my daughter is disabled and has significant mobility problems and has to go down to get her delivery…
They have been asked time and again to bring it to our door… And they refused to…
Sephora… Find a delivery service that does not discriminate against disabled people who love your VERY EXPENSIVE product…

I went in to buy a lip plumper, it was my very first time to try this place out. The lady welcomed me into the store, she radioed for someone to assist me out no one came. I left very upset from the service given to me. I will definitely not be going back. I will just lip fillers from a professional.

I recently visited the Benefit Brow Bar at Sephora for a brow waxing appointment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Despite not having a prior appointment, the staff accommodated me on the spot, ensuring a quick and efficient service.
The entire process was incredibly smooth. The employee (Yukta) who assisted me was highly skilled, making the waxing procedure almost painless and remarkably quick. Their expertise and gentle approach made me feel comfortable and well-cared for throughout the session.
To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised when the employee handed me an extra sample after the service. This thoughtful gesture, combined with the high-quality service, truly exceeded my expectations.
Overall, my visit to Benefit at Sephora was outstanding. The exceptional service, efficiency, and little extra touches like the complimentary sample make it a place I would highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch brow care.

Paying cash will have you waiting 20 mins in line to check out. But they pull people behind you out of line to pay with card first?

Had a wonderful experience with Koko! I paid to have my makeup done and she did an amazing job! Very talented and kind, would 100% recommend :)
