We love the modern European style furniture at ScanDesigns. As a repeat customer, it was a real pleasure dealing with Meggy. She is very knowledgeable and understood right away what we were after. We purchased a dining table and left the store very satisfied and will return to this nice showroom to pick out some living room furniture.

We bought a couch in April, received in June. Broke in July and was replaced in August. I can’t do 5 stars as it was more work than I hoped to get it done but… ScanDesign backed up their product and ensured I was happy. I believe we were the order that just went wrong. I am so glad as they have beautiful furniture and I hope to buy more.

Had to walk out of here. I wanna believe that when I use my words and ask them to give me some space so I can look around, they can respect that. Instead they'll send someone my way every few minutes to ask if I'm still doing ok. Not sure if this is a strategy that works for them but it makes me not wanna give them my business.

I’ve purchased from Scan Designs several times and have always had an excellent experience. I worked with Maureen and she’s always gone above and beyond to make sure I’m informed and satisfied with any product I’ve purchased. Scan Design’s products are very tasteful, well made and priced for value. Their selection makes it easy to coordinate and combine with other products from the store. Their delivery team was careful with every delivery. Importantly, the staff makes sure you’re satisfied. I highly recommend Scan Designs and know you won’t be disappointed. Be sure to ask for Maureen, given her excellent knowledge and great customer service.

Please be aware that the return policy is horrible, 20% restocking fee or store credit. Bought a chair that lacks quality and cannot return it without being penalized.

If you are looking for design and reasonable price, this is definitely the place to go. I wish I could copy everything to my place! And Edty is so sweet and patient with us the entire time! Giving us ideas and advice on the paint and how to arrange furnitures even! She is actually a professional interior designer before! This store is more than just furniture but a place where your dream home does come true!

I am so happy to write a review for ScanDesigns as it's fast become our favourite furniture store!
We bought our first leather sectional there for our family room a few years ago and when it was "aged" by our son and his friends it was moved into the basement and we came back to ScanDesigns for an upgrade.
The staff remembered us and treated us like family, but the family you like not the ones you avoid!
Fast forward a few years and after a basement flood the beloved first sectional was damaged and needing replacing so we came straight back to ScanDesigns and bought yet another sectional and have been so impressed with every part of our journey with this amazing company.
From the moment you walk through the doors you are greeted with a smile and a friendly "Hey if you need us we'll be over here." which I prefer to their competitors who pounce on you and practically stand behind you as soon as you arrive!
Kelly assisted us with our latest purchase and in addition to being super friendly and professional she was able to guide us in a way that didn't feel like we were being sold to.
She listened to our needs and didn't upsell but instead gave us options that suited our growing needs.
I would recommend ScanDesigns to anyone wanting really high quality products at a really great affordable price with great customer service too!
