Short of cashiers today, long lineups so we decided to self checkout, a screening attendant rudly barged and pointed out bananas have a code and I had searched bananas on their screen and added to cart. She tried to change it for us saying the code should be stuck to the banana, she tried entering the code more than 5 times with frustration and anger she finally got it. She screemed at my husband and said don't bag groceries until we have paid for the purchase. She could have reminded us politely.Store is clean, well stocked and today's prices were better than other times I've shopped here.

Well stocked, has out of the ordinary items. Good health food section. Good vegetables. But can be expensive, so check around. Clean establishment but seems shelving is very old and needs updating. Could not find an employee to help find an item. Plenty of free parking. I still recommend this location.

I have always received wonderful customer service from this location. The staff are always friendly and just awesome to deal with. The store is always clean, neat, and tidy. This location is absolutely my favorite. Thank you to the Save On Foods team that really make this location top notch :)

Be mindful when ordering online and selecting 'Allow Substitution.' I opted for the Ferrero Collection 24 Piece Gift Box but received a '15 Piece Gift Box' instead as a substitution.

Picked up a couple of sale items and when got to the self checkout the items didn’t scan as priced. Upon review the grumpy attendant said the first item (chicken strips) is in the wrong location but all of the product was there with incorrect tags indicating sale price. We were not arguing about the items not being on sale but the fact they should address the misleading prices but the cash attendant continued to defend her position of no wrong doing. Disappointing to say the least.

I go to the deli and people are working behind it and I know they must see me because I see them but no takes a step to wait on me. How long is a customer supposed to stand without getting service when you can clearly see an employee who is trying to avoid eye contact? Don’t need my money I guess.

4 star because there is a lady there in kitchen, and she is very friendly, I don’t remember her name but during one of our conversation she mentioned she is from Australia.However today’s experience was not good. There is an old lady in kitchen.. I don’t remember her name I guess it’s Hally. She had arrogance in her tone.I asked her if the tomato basil soup is has any non veg in it like chicken or fish. She said no (in arrogance)I asked because I was not buying the packed one, I was buying the one that’s hot and ready to eat. Ingredients were not listed there. Later when I checked after billing at Save-on’s website it does contain fish and chicken.Also during billing she didn’t scan my membership card, when I asked her to scan she said she can’t go back and do so. May be she doesn’t know how to do so

Like any other place buying groceries you have to really scrutinize the pricing. Big BOLD letters what you think would be the price, but no it’s not. You have to buy 3 to get it at that price. Actual price was below it in small numbers and letters. Again this is a tactic used to catch you off guard and fleece your pockets.

Online order pickup staff is providing terrible, very rude and traumatizing customer service. The order had wrong billing and when i inquired the staff scolded me, Oct.30, 2023 8 AM shift, the woman was very rude, Oct. 30, 2023 10:30 AM shift, that gentlemen scolded me for inquiring about the wrong billing even though I showed him the online order details. Thanks to the manager who offered to help. After that gentlemen talked to me in such a unpleasant, scary and stern tone, my hands were shaking with tears in my eyes. Horror!

Depending on who works here or who's on shift, your shopping experience can be a dream or nightmare. Overzealoous security, high prices even with store savings card. Can no longer use change at self checkout, is card only now...

Good grocery store with a big selection of items. What is bringing me most to write this review was the cashier we dealt with - Claudia. She was so nice and kind and patient with us. She let us know about a special 1 day promotion because we were just a couple dollars shy of saving money. Most may have just let us through or not interact with us personably but she turned our night around. Thanks to the lovely staff at this location!

Even though the membership card is $0, the cashier didn’t scan store card. Most of the other location scan a barcode if customers don’t have the membership card.Just wasted my trip right at the cash pointTeach your employees to work with customers
