Curt is awesome!!! He was so patient, helpful, and thorough. I had done a bunch of research on the best shoes for healthcare workers but felt really lost with all the different advice online. He found me the most comfortable shoes ever (ones that I hadn’t even thought to try!) and I’m so pleased that I came in for a fitting. Thank you Curt!!

I just came to check walking shoes and both April and Curt was amazing!! They both took there time to listen to my needs and showed my all different pair of shoes and not only that they price matched for me as well !!! Thank you guys

Bought a pair or ASICS runners at this location 2 months ago. Today I noticed my toe had worn through the top of my right shoe and I stopped in to see if there was any sort of warranty. Two months for a pair of shoes I’ve only moderately walked in is not acceptable in my opinion.
The staff were nice when I bought them and were still pleasant when I approached them with my two month old worn out walking runners. I was sad to hear that this is a common problem for people that walk with their toe up or have long toe nails. I wear socks, don’t have long toe nails and never before had a pair of runners wear out on the top.
Although the staff were nice enough, . I was disappointed in the lack of customer support or ability to back up the products they sell. I was fitted for these shoes at this location and I won’t be back to a running room anytime soon and would not recommend this brand to anyone in the future.

I had an amazing experience at the Running Room Langley. It was my first time ever being fitted properly for running shoes. Curt was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and patient. He is a superstar! Would recommend!!

One of the few places where you'll find Brooks shoes. The choices are limited, but they're all the best of each brand so you can't go wrong even if you almost blindly pick any one. Mick (or Nick, didn't catch his name) the guy who helped me was really kind and very knowledgeable. It was beyond closing time on a Sunday evening and he didn't rush me at all. Overall a great experience!

Limited selection and an obnoxious staff member who treats customers like they are an inconvenience and ignorant. I overheard an employee repeatedly address a mid 60's female customer with an annoyed, scolding tone. The customer decided to leave. 'Good choice', i assured her. Then i left too.
