Dealt with Brook who was lovely and easy going. Exceptional customer service, very polite, professional, patient, and knowledgeable about product. Did not feel rushed at all.
Never ended up buying anything but had a great experience overall.

Disappointing Experience with Warranty and Customer Service
I am revisiting my review after being asked to remove it in exchange for assistance, but unfortunately, my experience with this store has been nothing but frustrating. I attempted to return a pair of boots just three days after the six-month warranty expired. Initially, the store’s response to my review mentioned a one-year warranty, which contradicts what I was told.
These boots were purchased with the expectation that they would be waterproof, as stated, but they failed to meet that promise. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the job, the person wearing them works out of town and couldn’t return them sooner. As a result, we had to buy another $300 pair of boots, and now we’re stuck with two pairs—neither of which we can return.
This has been a costly and disappointing experience. Thanks, Red Wing.

The entire staff is incredible! I’ve got 3 pairs of boots from this store and it’s been the best experience I’ve had. Super knowledgeable and really want to make sure you get the right boot that you’ll be happy with forever!

After looking at numerous other stores today for hiking boots, I checked Red Wing. Excellent service and with the sale prices they were, by far the best value.

Sales staff service was garbage, was told they didn't have my size, had to ask for another size that didn't fit. Then finally the guy came from the back and rescanned my foot to find they did have the boot. Went in with 2 of my friends had to keep asking for sizes and options as the staff were not helping at all. Wouldn't come back to this location. Better service in vancouver.

Very well organized store. The staff is great super helpful. I came in not knowing exactly what I wanted but they were so kind and patient, even knowing how busy they were, helping me find the perfect shoes for my aesthetic. Will be coming back and bringing my friends highly recommend it.

The boots I like have been discontinued and the manager called around and found a pair in my size and has ordered them in for me. I have used redwings for years and will continue to do so love this store

Had a wonderful shopping experience buying hiking boots. Christina is so knowledgeable about all the products in her store, as well as the care for the shoes to make them last longer. I will definitely be coming back with my family.

Consumerist promoting store, they sell boots that are re-soleable, but to purchase said boots is $200 on sale, to re-sole them? Also $200, so they are pretending to make a sustainable long lasting product while actually encouraging you to throw away perfectly serviceable boots in favour of new ones, obviously putting a new sole on cannot cost $200 as they wouldn't have any money left to stitch together the boot, much less buy the materials.
