Bad experience with a customer service. I had a wrong delivery for different address at my porch . Called two times and spoke twice with a store manager. Still after more than 2 hours nobody came to pick this stuff. Looks like manager doesn't know how to have deal with it.

There are never enough shopping carts! I always have to wait for someone to return theirs. People roaming the lot asking for people's cart... who do you have to tell to get more? So frustrating!

Overall, compared to other locations, this Superstore isn't that bad. However, I sometimes find items that are one or two days from expiring. The items marked 30% off are often already spoiled or rotten. Fruits and vegetables are frequently rotten and sold at high prices. Additionally, discounted items are frequently out of stock, leaving the shelves empty and discounts visible only in the flyers. There are always too few cashiers, leading to long lines at the end of the day when I'm already tired from work….
UPDATE: August 9, 2024 - Found a full shelf of expired pudding today…. No one seems to give a damn about it.…
UPDATE: Oct 18, 2024 - Shouldn’t it be removed from the shelves rather than put on sale, as if they’re trying to sneak expired products past the customers? (Activia Probiotic Smoothie)

Extremely chaotic inside. Needs more employees. The self check-out lanes (25items or under) should be used for guests who are purchasing 25 items or less as it is stated. My visit was a total chaos.

Went into the store at 1:30 to get two items, the lines were long jammed full of huge buggies. I decided to leave but every means of leaving had been blocked: The checkout lanes were full of people and buggies, and the ones not in use were literally barricaded with chains and multiple big buggies. The only way to leave was through the entrance which has alarmed swinging gates. I pushed the gates open and the alarms went off. They hate petty thieves so much they are forcing people to stay inside their building with no means of leaving. At least Wal-Mart has big areas between checkout counters for people to leave if they do not make a purchase. If you're claustrophobic or have anxiety of being trapped stay away from their stores. But also their prices are nearing on par with Save-on or Safeway now for many items. Bad store, bad company. Avoid if you can.

I would give a better rating but fake sales are common in this store. How scabby is to put food on sale to save 1 penny? yes, 1 cent. Hurry up and buy up to two to save 2 cents! Not right in inflation times...unless you buy 1000 bags. Oh, but the sale is limited up to 2 bags... :(

The prices keep going up, yet they continue to have half the tills open.
All for a quality of produce that continues to go downhill.
Shady sales, mixing for sale items with non sale items. You really have to be careful what you're buying.
Seems like they really only care about their profit.

Terrible experience. The selection is fine - on par with any other Loblaws store - but every time I had to interact with a staff member was a hassle and unhelpful. One staff member didn't know if they had disposal bags, to which I had to confirm this myself. One cashier took 10-15 minutes for one transaction, leading to me to just head to the self serve. Finally - when I required an attendant - they didn't acknowledge me, motioned me aside, and didn't even fully complete their code entry on the terminal before rejoining their coworker. As much as I dislike harping on minimum wage employees, this was absolutely abysmal and I will 100% be avoiding this location. It has always been a sore spot for Willowbrook's shopping amenities, but this trip has truly been a new low. Awful. Only 2 stars as it had what I was looking for at least.

Overall its a good store, has almost everything you need
But their price match policy is a Joke
I wanted to buy a sodastream machine tonight
It was priced 129.99 in superstore
While most of major stores including the sodastream.ca price it for 99.99
I also showed them the price on amazon, london drugs , walmart and best buy which was 99.99
Customer service kept making excuses and refused to honor their price match policy
Thumbs down

This is one of the worst place when it comes to customer service. They have no respect for people who abide by rules and stand in the line. They entertain people who don't come in queue and very rude to people who are following basic mannerism and etiquettes.

Terrible prices, terrible tasting bread since they changed the dough. Other small grocer prices are half what these guys charge.

Why am I lined up in the bakery while only half your lanes are open.
