Quantum link installed our internet when we signed up for a $50/month plan. When they installed it, the installer asked for my credit card. He used it to charge me for a "super account" for an extra $30/month. I'm certain that was the installer trying to weasel out a couple more commission bucks, so maybe the company is okay, but beware.
