Driver never ever delivered the package not even once.Never got phone calls or buzzed the front door.I guess drivers only bring door tags.Ridiculous.

Very friendly women at the desk. Easy process to return an item. Self serve kiosk is really great, I wish Canada Post had that. Highly recommend! Lots of parking around the building too. Easy to find, right off 200th and Fraser hwy.

Purolator says they were here, but THEY LIE [I am housebound due to a disability and no one came to our door ... or contacted me via telephone or other]. It seems they are an unreliable service and are dishonest with customers to boot. Gordo, Metro Vancouver [Langley], BCNote: I assume because of this review, Purolator contacted me and are re-delivering the package - good ... I should think so. I have edited my review to indicate 2 out of 5 star rating as a result.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR AMAZON NO BOX/NO LABEL RETURNS HERE!! I dropped off 3 Amazon no box/no label returns in December and the clerk took the items with their respective labels that were printed there and told me that she would package them up and send them on their way. 2 of the packages were received by Amazon within days however the 3rd and most expensive of the 3, was not received by Amazon and was not even scanned into the Purolator system making it look like I never returned this item. My package was either "lost" or "stolen" between me dropping it off and the clerk scanning it into the system.

This purolator location is fine, with short lines and friendly staff. However, I would not have to drive 15min to this puckup location if my purolator driver really tried to deliver my package. My door cam showed he walked up with a delivery notice in his hand, never knocked or rang the bell and just posted the notice to my door We where home at the time as we are everytime they pull this same scam, at least three times now. Just lazy delivery drivers, it is easier to post a notice than carry the package to my door.

suck, suck, the delivery guys not even ring door bell or dropped parcel in front of door, they pretended they try to delivery, I was asked to go to there office to collect my parcel, ithappened several timez, purolator has many lazy staffs

The delivery driver refused deliveryWhen attend first time, never called me, just left the note( and I was waiting all day at home)Second time I asked just to drop parcel at the door, and delivery driver left the note againAnd today 3rd time, delivery driver called me when arrived, I asked him to leave the parcel at the door, and instead he left the note again.This the worst post company I have ever deal with.

Very pathetic service. Had given the full address still they send the message of missing unit no. (They even didn’t bother to call us to confirm the unit no) After that we call customer care number for two days bt no response. They made us hold like for n hour so many times. Finally going to pick our stuff from the nearest branch ? Hope will get as it’s been the second week the School open nd need School supplies asap.

The customer service rep there is a joke. I produced 2 IDS one a drivers license and one a passport 1 had the same address one had a different one my passport had the SAME ADDRESS as the package being picked up and she refused to give me it. It was my package and she refused to give me what I paid for with all the matching credentials, she shrugged my passport off as if it wasn’t a government official ID right ? How can you have staff so incompetent like this that they don’t even know the use of a passport ?I’m a small business owner I run and own 2 individual businesses and I will now cease all shipping through Purolator and continue on with Canada post.

The worst delivery service I've ever seen. They were in my building, WITH THE PACKAGE, and never bothered to come upstairs to my suite to deliver it, instead giving me a slip to pick it up instead. The most worthless people imaginable work for this company.
