I recently acquired my first Taycan from Porsche Langley and am pleased to share my experience. Azad was exceptionally prompt in addressing my inquiries and responsive to my concerns throughout the process. We reached a price that I found satisfactory, especially in contrast to other sales representatives who were less accommodating. Although there were a few recalls, Azad made commendable efforts to expedite the service department, ensuring I received my vehicle before my holiday. As a resident of Burnaby, I believe the trip to Langley was well worth it, particularly with Azad on the team. I will undoubtedly return for my third Porsche in the future!

We bought a used Tesla Model 3 here last week. I had sent an online inquiry on the car and Adam reached out to set up a time to come by. Couldn’t have been easier, I felt I received a strong price for my trade-in and Adam helped arrange to get the windows on the Tesla tinted before I picked up the car. TJ in finance, Carol in insurance and Ben with the delivery consultation were all great. I am looking forward to getting a Taycan here one day… or maybe the $2.1M Carrera GT they have in the showroom…..

Picked up my 2021 Cayenne from Porsche Langley last week. Ali was great from the first day I viewed the car to checking in a week after delivery. He made every step of the way as smooth as possible and TJ in the finance office made the purchase process quick and easy as well. Ali’s honest opinion based on my preferences led to a great experience. The whole family loves the Cayenne!

Terrible experience. Found a car I really liked and reached out. Sales Manager Adam was great at first and sent me all the info etc. I was eager to come check out the car but encouraged by Adam to wait until the weekend to come see it as it was being reconditioned. Made an appointment to come see the car first thing sat morning, Adams words exactly, "even if the our mechanical & cosmetic reconditioning isn’t entirely complete, I’d be happy to show it to you. Based on the amount of interest we’ve had in the vehicle so far, I want to make sure you get a chance to see it soon." 30 minutes before my appointment Adam sends me an email to let me know the vehicle had been sold. I live in Vancouver so was already on my way! Really not the kind of service I'd expect from a Porsche dealership. I wont be buying from here to say the least.

I bought a brand new Porsche 718 Cayman back in 2022 from Porsche Centre Langley. I have taken great care of the car and only have around 2k kms on it. I brought the car to Porsche Centre Langley when the "check engine light" went on back in early June. Since then the car has been sitting there at their service centre. The service centre initially said it will be fixed in a week...that week has turned into more than 2 months. They have come with excuses and every time they extend the timeline by a week. They have also not given me a loaner vehicle in these two months. I had to escalate this to Porsche Canada and now they are dealing with Porsche Centre Langley. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My Honda and Toyota dealerships have been way easier to deal with. Do yourselves a favour and stay away from this place.

Attended Porsche langley today and had sales person named Azad. Guy was super rude to us after showing us one vehicle. Ended up leaving as I rather give my money to someone that actual is kind and professional.
