I came by on Black Friday. There were no sale but I went inside and looked for long puff jacket to purchase. There were 5 staffs around the cashier table, chatting chatting and chatting. I went inside, smiled at them. But no one came to me and tried to ask me what I was looking for. I felt neglected and disrespected. The manager or the owner need to consider to replace the whole staff. These staffs are bringing down the whole PLENTY brand down.

Found a nice shacket on sale, when we went to pay the cashier said the sale sticker was a mistake and we had to pay full price. When we pressed on that we grabbed it because it was on sale and asked for them to honor the price she went to get the manager as she didnt have authortity. The manager came up and rudely said she wouldn't honor it and we had to pay full price and when we said that the sticker showed it on sale and asked her to please honor it she started raising her voice and being very rude. She said anyone could have put that sticker on?! We walked away as she was yelling and so unprofessional. Very disappointing especially because they messed up and instead of honoring their mistake they yelled at us.

When I walked into the store I was promptly greeted by the cashier and asked if I needed any help finding anything. The Staff seemed friendly and were helpful. I will Definitely be coming back

Inattentive staff, my wife walked around the store with a few items for at least 10 minutes before a single employee paid any attention to her.

Would give zero stars to the staff if that was an option. Everyone seemed so snobby, no greetings, no assistance, the store felt as if there were no employees to assist the customer. Unfortunately very poor customer service!!!

Walked in to try on a few pair of pants and was never greeted or asked if I needed any help. Were too busy chatting with one another. When I came out of the change room they just stared at me, no assistance or anything. As the other review mentioned, it doesn’t look like they want to be there. Won’t be coming back

Super friendly and amazing staff. Came into try Birkenstocks that I put on hold. All three sales associates that assisted me, were patience and helpful. I didn’t feel rushed and they all wanted to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Way to go for providing fabulous customer service and making it a fun buying experience!!!

The girl working at front cash today around 5:00pm wearing a green or blue sweater was extremely unfriendly, unprofessional, unpleasant, ignorant and rude. I don't think she wants to be there!
