Unprofessional experience with Larisa today.We stopped by to get an idea on how long it would take to have a diamond replaced in a ring and immediately got a response of, Have you been keeping up on your six-month inspections? I said what inspections ?, ((no)) Nothing was ever mentioned to us in regards to that. Then we got eye rolls and disrespectful tone in return.Larisa follows up by saying, all our staff at purchases of anything in our store with warranty applied note of the six months inspections. I told her again, we were not noted about that. We were simply told that our lifetime warranty covers everything including missing stones. Nothing in regards to every six month inspection.I spoke to the manager Komal , And she follows up by saying the same thing in regards to All, note of this six month inspection.Long story short, it turns out we still have to pay for the diamond to be replaced after not being ordered anything and having a warranty.Totally unprofessional. I strongly suggest you do not deal with these people, especially Larisa.

BUYER BEWARE! They do not stand behind their merchandise, if it's poorly made, it's not their concern!I bought a 3 stone mother's ring online as the store does not carry them. In less then 10 months all the claws were worn out from normal wearing, with 2 breaking and a stone falling out. The staff at this store are difficult to deal with, I ended up dealing with Customer Service who only returned my original call because I posted negatively on FB. They had my $400 ring sent to assess the cost to repair it, came back at $1007 to fix, two and half times the cost of the ring as its so poorly made. After some more conversations the store manager called on Thursday to say because of all that happened they were going to just replace the ring as they were so sorry for all the problems and stress they caused, only to call me 2 days later to say sorry, customer service now says they won't replace it, it's against policy. I now own a very important keepsake that is broken and so poorly made it will cost 2 and half times its value to fix it.I went to Peoples as I thought they were reputable and quality, instead they sold me a nightmare, not a keepsake.BUYER BEWARE! They do not stand behind their merchandise, if it's poorly made, it's not their concern, nor do they stand behind their commitments!

Found a engagement ring online I was excited about and went to go see it in store but their online inventory was incorrect, I was then told to drive 45 minutes to another location that had it but when I arrived they also didn't have it. Basically don't trust their online inventory or there chat window when you talk to a "professional " they don't do anything more than look online

I took a ring I had purchased from another store into People's to have in resized. The lady told me it was going to cost between 4 & 500 dollars!!!! Really??? I went back to the store I purchased it from. The cost $40.00. Please justify that. I also had taken a bracelet in to have a link taken out. 3 weeks later they told me they couldn't do because it was not good. It was purchased at that store, please explain. Years ago, People's was the place to go. Not anymore, and I shall tell my friends and family about this incident

Since we went to Peoples to select our wedding rings, we were welcomed, the manager took care of us, we found the right rings for our wedding. The customer services was excellent from the manager and the staff, we are very happy with our experience at the Willowbrook Mall store. Thank you

I sent my ring in for repair under warranty. After waiting 3 weeks, I followed up & they tell me there is an issue with the warranty. Not sure when they intended to tell me about this. I asked for the ring to be returned to me, but almost 2 weeks later i’m still waiting. I’ve never had any issues with the Guildford location including using my repair warranty so i will go there.

Went there today to look at wedding bands, waited for over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or letting me know someone would be with me soon. Should be more staff on weekends or ask the staff to at least quickly acknowledge customers that are waiting for assistance.

I went to the Peoples Jewellery Store after being assisted over the phone by an associate named Susan . She was so pleasant and made my visit at the jewelry store hassle-free and I will return back to this location after exceptional service from the staff. I feel like this place has completely lost her touch and there's much better places to go , like golden tree. My parents always went here for 30 years and swore by them... but I don't see it. -- Half way through selecting items , she kept asking me multiple times if I want the Visa card or the warranty and I kept saying no. She still ended up putting +$99 PER PEICE on the bill anyway for the warranty and I saw and told her to remove it. Other places included a free warranty. I went back a couple days later and asked if I could get the bracelet sized and she said it would take 3 weeks with an outside company, whereas other places offer it free of charge in house and only 2 days.I walked back to Golden tree to pick up my rings and they offered to size the bracelet for me in 2 days and just have the nicest most welcoming staff. I wish I just went there instead for both purchases.

Beware of the quality and warranty of the items here…,2 months old and thousands of dollars. Shameful business!I bought a beautiful diamond solitaire necklace with an upgraded chain recommendation by the lovely salesperson June 2023. August 18, 2023 the necklace clasp split just enough for the necklace to unclip and my diamond pendant never to be found. The necklace was still on my neck. Unclipped until it slipped off and I realized the pendant worth thousands was gone because of a faulty latch on the clasp. 2 months and the clasp doesn’t shut completely but really close I always checked to confirm clasp was shut. I have my necklace chain that I am told is under warranty but the lost diamond is not covered. Funny the diamond would not be lost if I was given a quality necklace. 2 months!!! Insane and both the store and peoples head office no help no consideration. Shameful!!

Went in to buy an anniversary ring and a pair of earrings and had a great experience! Was not judged for being in my adidas shirt and shorts. Very smooth and easy purchase and the young dark hair girl that helped me was super helpful and very nice! Great experience here. Felt that all the staff were nice. Will come back here again for sure! Wont go to Guilford People’s as I felt I was pre judged but Willowbrook People’s was great! Thank you!

Always a great experience shopping at People’s Langley. Great salesman but no pressure tactics . Zee was very helpful in getting my wife’s Diamond ring repaired expedited and took care to make sure I bring all her jewellery in to get it checked and polished regularly .
