Nandita is the best. When I came to the store, she helped me with the pricing and was absolutely lovely. I will definitely purchase whatever jewelry I want from this shop and will be coming back for the ear rings I checked.

Sold me a steel ring and was told it was tungsten, for my fiance to wear to work. The ring was cutting his other finger so we went to the Guildford location to trade it in for a new ring and it said on the receipt on my file that it wasn't tungsten it was stainless steel! What a joke... Check the ring before you buy it even if they assure you like 5 times it's what you want!

Went to their Willowbrook shop as my wife was looking for a ring. Savi helped us in finding what my wife really wanted . She was very helpful and had all the info on the products thar she showed us. She provided us excellent customer service that we bought an exceptional piece of jewelery from her.
