BEWARE: DO NOT BUY FURNITURE INSURANCE. ITS A SCAM. Guardsman Insurance is a big scam and they will never approve your claims. Just read all the reviews of Guardsman I suran even and you will never trust Pearl Furniture and Guardsman Insurance again.

After searching for bedroom furniture at a wide range of stores, I found what I was looking for at Pearls Furniture in Langley. Esha listened to my needs and was extremely helpful and friendly, followed-up as promised while I checked on measurements in my apartment, and offered a fair price for 3 bedroom pieces. I can hardly wait to have a bed with storage drawers along with a nightstand and dresser to re-create my bedroom! Thank you for the superb service!

I purchased a mattress from Pearl's. Good quality and good price. There was a communication issue regarding the purchase, but after they were informed of the issue, it was taken care of professionally.

Pearls provides great service and fair prices. We bought a Palliser sectional there and loved it. They didn't pressure us to buy, and the follow-up call after delivery was a nice touch. We're happy to support Canadian-made furniture and recommend Pearls to others.

We had a wonderful experience getting a custom color for one of Pearl's floor model sofas. The team gave us with an expected delivery time, which was reached without difficulties. The sofa came in excellent shape, and the delivery team was very gentle on our hardwood flooring. Our sofa's legs even have felts glued to them to protect our flooring. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Rude, scary, unprofessional. Our couch was delivered 5 days late. We paid for door drop off delivery, they insisted on leaving it on the curb of a main road. My boyfriend contacted the store trying to get them to at least bring the delivery inside our building, since he was at work and I had taken the day off to receive the couch. I watched the delivery guys get angry and upset over the phone making me very uncomfortable. Literally do not support this business they are scary and disgusting, they laughed at my face asking if I thought they were getting angry with me. NEVER AGAIN.
