To be truthful not overly happy with the service this business offers. Phone in advance and ask if they would be willing to wait a few minutes since I was stuck on the Golden Ears bridge.The employee could not wait around, and needed to drive someone home after work, from my understanding).Arrived exactly at 5:00 p.m. and they had already closed the store and left (Lights off).They closed & were gone before they were even officially closed!I would strongly advise not trusting in the ethics or serviceabilities when they can't even stay open until they're closing time. I do not recommend and will refrain from using it.

This place is wonderful! I had them pick up and ship a one of a kind item from a BC auction and ship to Florida and it arrived super securely packed and in perfect condition. They helped me every day sort out customs issues and delays and were always available to field my questions. I would definitely use this shipper for your items. Thanks again!
