I went into the store looking to purchase one of their travel sized hand lotions. I smelled a few of the testers and then came upon one fragrance I love and wanted to smell before purchasing. I noticed there was a tester for every other lotion and asked the employee at the register if I was overlooking it. She looked as well, but didn't spot one, so she asked me to wait a moment while she asked the manager if she could open a bottle to make a tester for the display. The manager told the employee that she could not do that, they discussed the possibility that someone stole the tester, then went on to clarify phrasing of an upcoming style collection on the POS machine.
Maybe the lotion would have been the lotion I've been looking for to carry in my son's diaper bag, but I'll never know since the $7 tester was not made available to me.
I won't revisit and do not recommend. It felt very dismissive and not a great shopping experience.

I wanted to exchange only a pair of pants for my 96 yr old mom who bought the wrong size. Unfortunately she lost the receipt. They would not even exchange. They had tags & all on. Not very good cust. Service as far as I m concerned. Won't be shopping there again.

Love the collection - only if I shop online - around 3 times I have had unpleasant interaction with the staff, where a simple question about the merchandise or sale would be intruding in their space with their behavior becoming rude.

Went into Northern Reflections yesterday looking for a Christmas present for myself. The two staff members were too busy looking at a phone trying to purchase a personal item. One of them was lounging up against the counter. This is the second time this fall I haven't been acknowledged when walking into this store. Very unprofessional staff today. It was never like this in the past.

Clothes are good. I usually buy them for my mom. BUT STAFF at Willowbrook Mall is so rude. I stood in front of the fitting room and look around for a few seconds no one was there and tried to make an eye contact with the lady on floor but no response. When I went inside one of the try rooms the same lady on the floor knocked at the door very loudly and yelled at me that I had to inform her regarding the number of items.I felt embarrassed and almost cried as she was really rude to me.

Bought majority of my clothes from NR until Covid. Having to be careful as I am 80 and take immunotherapy drugs, decided to buy online as I know pretty much the quality and sizing of their clothing. Recieved gift certificate as well. I use a Virtual Visa. Spent a long time on line and on the phone with no success. They don't take RBC debit and I was told I could only use the gift certificate in the store.
