The staff here is very helpful and friendly. They've helped me pick out shoes for my son who has AFOs multiple times and they’re great. Such friendly people. I really appreciate it!!! Also the shoes are the best.

The customer service here is top notch. I have been back several times and every single time the staff is ready to help. It can be embarassing for me to keep coming back to try a different pair, so it is very reassuring to know I can come back to exchange my purchase if I am unhappy. The return policy is great and the people working there are extremely accommodating.

Nikita was so helpful! I had a race coming up and she took the time to go through the different types shoes with me and let me know what works best for the kind of run I was doing! I didn't even that I needed a wider shoe for my foot. I would highly recommended anyone to come to the new balance and make sure to ask for Nikita!

The staff at the Langley New Balance were incredibly engaging and made my visit very enjoyable. I had some fantastic conversations with several staff, who were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely friendly. Their service and warm atmosphere made this visit great. I will definitely be coming back!

Just picked up some New Balance shoes from their spot in Langley and I'm super happy with them! The folks there were really friendly and knew their stuff. These shoes are comfy and look great—I’ve been wearing them everywhere. Definitely worth a visit if you're around Langley!

This was my 1st visit to a New Balance store and I was very impressed with the store layout and products. I needed a very specific shoe to help with my neuropathy, and the young sales guy, Jack, offered a few suggestions and recommendations based on my criteria. The 1st pair he showed me, he said was likely going to be the best option, and they felt great on my feet. He suggested I try a few other options just to be sure, which I did, but I ended up purchasing the 1st pair. I appreciated that he did not rush me, he was happy to go to the back and get a few different pairs for me to try and was knowledgable about each shoes benefits. I would highly recommend this location.

The staff is really rude. The Asian girl is so rude and not helpful at all. Stop embarrassing people who give you business. If you are working in sales, please learn the manners. Least interested to serve the customers.
