Decided to try Andersen A1 Autohaus for the first time after hearing good things about them from members of the BMW Club. I had a rumble sensation in a 52 year old Bimmer that I suspected was a wheel bearing. A shop closer to my home could not locate the issue. Decided it was time to get someone with BMW background on the case. Turns out one of the wheel bearings had a cracked race. I was super happy with the service and the bill was very reasonable for the work they did on the car. I will be bringing my newer Bimmer in for service in a few weeks and will not stress knowing it is in good hands.

After researching several BMW-certified shops and obtaining quotes, I chose to bring my 2012 BMW 320i (N20 engine) here for a timing chain kit replacement about a month ago. The service was exceptionally professional and efficient, with a clear expertise in BMW vehicles. Stefan provided detailed information on the parts being replaced and the expected completion time. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs or maintenance on BMW cars.

I had a problem with my Mini Cooper and needed a solution fairly quickly as I wasn’t able to drive the vehicle. I spoke to Stella on the phone and she was absolutely amazing, she was able to help me solve my problem within 10 minutes. She had to make some phone calls and cross reference what was happening with my vehicle and she was able to save me about $1000. Thank you again Stella, you are great and I really appreciate you.

I went in for an inspection on a used car I was purchasing. VW golf GTI.Great service and explained thoroughly the things I should replace if I were to purchase this car.
