25 minute wait for a brake line and fitting that was “only in the back”. Also why is there always two workers just making out on the front lawn?? All of 92A can see you, everyday.

I was sold some led rear turn signal bulbs after I made sure to ask them they wouldn’t do hyper-flash. I immediately went and tested them in the parking lot and to my surprise they not only hyper-flashed but they were dimmer than my stock halogens. I went back in and tried to return them and was refused. I will definitely not be buying bulbs from Napa again.

Unfortunately they sell you defective parts. You pay mechanics to install them. Then you have to pay a mechanic to remove it again. Bring the part in (with a different car) to either exchange or return. Then pay a mechanic to install it again. They will not help you in any way. This is the second time this has happened. I will no longer do business with them.** Thanks for your reply about policies. This just proves once the sale is made on a defective part, your policy gives no client support. It leaves the client paying a mechanic for a job to be done twice. Also the client has to make extra trips with a borrowed car to purchase for the second time working replacement parts and then go back to refund the defective part. **

The counter girl was great. Part was waiting for me with a great discount. Lordco parts person couldn't give me a straight answer. Quoted me double the cost. Didn't know what a wiring harness was.
