Notice how the owner only replies here, to good ratings; yet, doesn't reply to bad ones? Thereby setting it in stone that he obviously does not like addressing problems with his customer service. Therefore, he doesn't care.Been in, many times in the past. Wasn't thrilled.

There's a counterman at Mopac named Eric, although he is very knowledgeable, Eric has a very condescending / arrogant attitude to the point of being rude. When talking to Eric on the phone he can be a real difficult person and he uses an in your face demeanor. Rather than dealing with the public , Eric should be in the back stocking shelves, sweeping the floors and making coffee. Mopac has had poor customer service for years and have failed to do anything about it or to make a customers buying experience better

Tried calling several times. No one answers the phone. Very frustrating. Keep getting VM to press 1 for answering sequence.

Do not go here!!! Got a turbo for my car , on the screen it shows the parts guy what inlet/outlets are needed for coolant fittings and downpipe flange, also shows every spec on the turbo, parts guy did not grab me any of the right parts , all with wrong fittings and threads , they put no passion into there work , they do not care about customers and when you go to return stuff they say how do you want me to help you , I’m very suprised mopac is still around , terrible service , wrong parts. Lost money , better off using anyone but mopac they will not return anything that has been opened even after they got you the wrong parts ,

The guys at the front arn't well educated enough to help new customers select the performance parts they're looking for. They wont help you print out anything regarding parts, give a parts list. Anything like that to work with you to purchase a set of parts one needs. I have a list of things i need including pistons headers ect. and was not helped on any piece i need, the responses i got were one liners about other things i didnt need. No brand recommendations. Awful service. I dont recommend this place at all.
