“I gave them 5 stars because i brought in my msi gaming laptop , to get keyboard replaced , the dc port jack inside replaced, and thermal paste redone and a cleaning and they did a wonderful job , i dropped it off at 10am got it back same day , it was around 3:30 got call to pick up , faster if you can have the parts ready if you know like i did , or else they will have to order it. But when they had everything , I got back same day and am very happy ??, I can honestly say i can recommend this place. Thank You”

“I had a very positive experience renewing and upgrading our contracts and phones at the beginning of August 2024. I had both my own and my daughter's to get done, and this experience is generally not one I look forward to. Alexander made it painless. Did a really nice job explaining things and also in getting the data transferred and all that. Best part was receiving the bill a week or so later and having it appear EXACTLY as Alex said it would.
