Because of the bad economy in the whole Canada, the people and stuffs there apparently have lost their following to their “code of conduct” losing their conscience and minds for what they should do as a normal people. They lie, cheat, play games and gamble on the safety of customers’ cars. Yes, because of the bad economy. Let’s see how down this economy can go ?

I had an exceptional experience at Mini Cooper Langley! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and attentive. My salesperson, Kyle, was knowledgeable and listened to my needs without any pressure. They helped me find the perfect car, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. The financing options were clearly explained by our finance manager, Eiden, who was patient and pleasant to work with, making me feel confident in my purchase. The handoff was seamless as well, thanks to our delivery specialist, Alex, who patiently addressed all our questions. I highly recommend Mini Cooper Langley to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

Purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was sold and serviced by them for years.
Kindly asked for a historical record of services performed, but they just ignored me.
I guess they think I'm not even worth the effort of replying to.
Update: Didn't know I could update reviews until now. Anyways, I sent an e-mail to that address they told me before, but still zero response. Effectively making me waste even more time.

The good. They offer a shuttle/uber to drop you off while your car gets worked on...
The bad. Had a faulty tire pressure monitor replaced on warranty. When installed there was some dirt or something preventing a proper seal. I answered the personal text message asking for a review of the service. Mentioned the leaky issue, but never heard back. Confidence in their ability has dropped to one star.

Had a really bad experience at this showroom. Did a test drive the car was impressed by the cars handling and comfort and then everything went south. The salesperson had no idea of the terminology and knowledge of the car including features. She flipped back and forth on the actual value of the car and did not reveal completely what was included what was not. She even misinformed us that pinstripe was removable from the car they would do it while detailing and later when finalizing the deal I was informed that the sprite was part of the car for additional $200 and to remove I may need to pay $200 extra, which one the first place I did not even want it. Did not explain difference between cash and finance and the whole deal was treated as a cash transaction when we did not mention anytime it would be cash. When asked for a print of the features of the car to buy she said the printer weren't working, had no motivation to sell. We spent hours for nothing. Sad for the first experience at buying a mini went sour and left a bitter experience. Sweet thing would have been we walk out with smile and a great experience but instead we left disappointed and bitter experience ?

We wandered into Mini Langley on a lazy Saturday afternoon to see if there were any accessories or SWAG I could get in honour of my sweet sweet Countryman “Newt”, and thanks to the fabulous Kyle we ended up buying my hubs a new Countryman of his own! Kyle was patient, personable, respectful, and a delight to work with. ZERO pressure, a fountain of information, great suggestions, I know who I’m buying from when it’s time to put Newt out to pasture.

I was not looking forward to the car purchasing experience (based on past experience), but he changed that for me and re-instated my faith in the process. He was honest, thorough and personable. Our experience at Open Road Mini in Langley was second to none. Every tier of customer service was top notch and our experience with our salesperson, Andrew, left us raving about his remarkable attention to detail and overall customer care. From the first moment we stepped into the dealership to the phone call we received after arriving home, each detail was carefully considered. I visited because I needed a car urgently, and the salesperson (Jason Li) was so friendly that I was able to purchase the car with great satisfaction. It was even better because I was able to handle everything in one day and drive the car the next day.
