I had a fantastic experience with Samantha at Midas Langley. I'm so tired of being taken advantage of by mechanics, preying on people whose expertise lays elsewhere. What a breath of fresh air to find such a gem by chance.
In contrast to numerous recent negative experiences Samantha answered all my questions, explained everything without being condescending, suggested options, and didn't pressure me whatsoever.
I have a quote and will absolutely return for the necessary service because of Samantha. She's clear, straightforward and friendly, all excellent customer skills, but it's her breadth of knowledge and no pressure approach that earned my trust.

My husband recently had our vehicle in for an oil change at Langley Midas. We were told that we required new front and back brakes and he made an appointment to get the work done. Midas quoted a price of slightly over $1700 including taxes. My husband decided to follow up with other brake shops and discovered that the $1700 was way out of line. Equivalent specs at other dealers ranged from $1150 to slightly over $1000. Same specs, same guarantee. A $700 savings over Midas Langley. Needless to say we cancelled Midas and went elsewhere. What is going on…?

I took my car there to have them look at my starter. It has been a nightmare dealing with this Kia and I had a terrible experience with the dealership so I thought I’d give Midas a try and am I ever glad I did!!! The woman at the front counter was so kind and helpful, she got my car in right away then explained everything to me when the job was done! I try felt listened to finally and definitely cared for! I’d recommend them to anyone I know!

"I called customer service to get a quote for a wheel alignment and booked an appointment. After seeing a promo for a $20 discount on their website, I called back to request the discount. The customer service representative sounded rude and disrespectful. After reading reviews about the same lady with similar complaints, I canceled my appointment and booked with the Midas Surrey branch instead."

Worst service ever.
Always charges higher than the market price.
I have been told that the problem was fixed , one month later asking 1600 for a repaire which i believe they broke .
Its a mistake everytime I go there.

Honestly, I won't ever go back to this place.
Spent close to $700 fixing what they said was "coil and plug" problem. Two months later, the problem resurfaced. I got back and was charged another close to $200 to "diagnose" the problem and another close to $200 to repair "coil problem". I was concerned because coil problem was repaired two months ago. Well, according to them, it's likely another coil.
Now, the car is showing slight signs of the same problem. I'm just observing.

The. Worst. Customer. Service. I have ever experienced. The manager was beyond beyond BEYOND disrespectful.
I had call to get a quote on an AC recharge for my vehicle, not only did she quote me nearly $400 to get it done, but when I proceeded to say that I may not be able to afford that right now and that I would call back, she hung up the phone on me. She didn’t say good bye, she didn’t say anything at all, just hung up. I then called back because I felt super disrespected and asked for the manager. She then said “I am the manager”. I had made it clear that her customer service was very poor and hanging up the phone on customers is so disrespectful and what she said back was
“You can’t afford the service, and the conversation was over”
I will never consider this Midas ever again.
