The last three times I went to this store at this location and the Willoughby location, it was closed when their hours say open everyday till 5pm, which is so wrong, please update your correct hours so people don’t waste their time driving all the way out there like I did.

Maven is a beautiful shop with a sweet collection of carefully curated goods. I can 110% recommend Jen Ellis jewellery as one of the best brands I’ve owned. My gold pieces I’ve been wearing for years and they still look amazing! The staff have always been helpful and I am so happy to support a local shop with such a great selection of both local and special finds.

The store called Makers (a steriod version of Maven) in Guildford has a bigger selection and a better variety. The dainty jewelry specifically (necklaces and stud earrings) isn't worth the purchase because they are overpriced and are prone to snap easily.

I would like to personally thank Jen Ellis for coming through for me on a piece of jewelry she made for my wife that I picked up on Christmas eve. I might add that I only gave her a few hours notice. Thanks Jen for the great piece and outstanding customer service.

I usually love this little shop. But on Saturday my friend and I were in your shop and my friend wanted to purchase something. We had walked in, the cashier said she was open for 20 more min. My friend went to the cashier to buy something , but the cashier wouldn’t take her cash because she had already cashed out. We were shocked! The store was open for business, but my friend was refused her cash purchase. Very disappointed! Cash is legal tender, and cannot be refused. My friend was able to give exact change. The cashier was sitting there with the cash box on top of the table for all to see. There were a lot of people in the shop, but it looked like she was in a hurry to end her day. Her refusal to accept a purchase from a paying customer was extremely disappointing. Not sure I would visit again based on principle. You either want people to buy or you don’t.

One of my favourite stores in town. Everyone is so nice there, I love Jocelyn! She’s always so ready to help me out and is always more than amazing. Not only have I gained knowledge on products, but a new friend :)

This store is great. What a selection of fun local artisan wares. If you need a unique gift or something special for yourself (as we did), you will find it here. The counter staff was friendly and very helpful. We will return again.

The jewelry is super cute but the necklaces are very weak and break easily. I have ordered the chains to replace mine multiple times and every time they forget to place my order and I have to come in two months later to remind them of my order. The most recent time, they didn’t write down that I had already paid when I placed the order and made me pay AGAIN when I went back after not hearing from them for over two months. I would not recommend anyone to buy from them if you have to order anything.

Bought some lovely 'tree of life' style sterling silver earrings at a very reasonable price. The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Lots of smaller, artisan products here. The 'clayworks' pieces are beautiful too.
