My dealings with this store was a nightmare, such a dysfunctional owner and manager. I ordered a bedroom suite 13 months ago and still do not have it. And to boot sandy tried to charge me over $800 more for something i already payed for. NO customer support, all the lies, and yes they have all my money and no product still. I have read many other things people have said here, and i don't believe it. Do NOT deal with these people at any cost.The saga continues, two weeks ago a new girl calls me as says when can we deliver the bed frame and I say what about the inhalation and the rest of my order. Needless to say no call back.I had sent an email and again no response. Come on people I know there is many more like me out there, come on stand up to these guys don't be shy. The only way we all will get what we paid for is speak out help one another. For me i will fight to the end.They are digging a deeper hole with customer service, today now they tell me they are NOT going to deliver and install my bed frame and that i will have to pick it up myself. I paid for them to deliver and install my bed frame onto my adjustable ghost bed. As as no sign or commitment to the rest of my bedroom suite. IS THIS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH!!!

I would highly recommend that you stay as far away from this company as possible. They pride themselves on excellent customer service, yet refuse to pick up the phone after scamming you out of your money. They refuse to deliver on time, using excuses to try and pacify their customers. Their last excuse was that because of the rain they do not have a driver to deliver. Upon questioning them, they were able to arrange a driver no problem (within an hour) who delivered used product. After contacting them yet again because no one is paying for a used mattress - they told me they would "investigate" and pushed off delivery for a new mattress for another month. Who knows when I will even get a mattress at this point, or if I will. For the inconvenience, they will offer you a pillow after the hours you waste emailing them and trying to get a solution. The owner is not present in the store, always claims he is out of the country. His associate in the store will say he is not able to help you with any of your problems but will ask his owner - and then they will both disappear without giving any answers. This company is only good at one thing - taking your money.They will reply to every review on Google acting as if they want to help their customers but in reality, are a bunch of scammers. Every time the owner gets a bad review, he makes sure to add a bunch of good reviews to make it seem like he knows how to run a business. He will even publicly claim he cannot find your invoice, and I see he has done it on other reviews here too. I don't even leave reviews, especially not on a small business, but I have never been more dissatisfied with the way a company is run. Believe the horrible reviews this place has and spend your money at any other company.

Total scam. Takes your money but never delivers the mattress. They make excuses every time I call, and they seem very well prepared like they do this to people all the time. They are total crooks and scammers.Update. Finally got a floor display mattress after showing up and raising hell at the store for a second time. I had to tie it to the roof rack on my suv. I ultimately wanted a refund but they claimed to have no access for giving my money back. This is even after i gave my email address so they could send an etransfer which he promised to do but never actually followed up. They should learn to be a responsible business and refund customers if they can't fulfill their end of the contract. He has now called me a couple times to get me to take down the bad reviews, and tried to bribe me with a free pillow. Do yourself a favor and just avoid the drama and constant lies they feed you. Took 2 months when it was supposed to be 3 weeks and I only got the mattress because i called and screamed at the guy everyday. Best to shop elsewhere. The reviews are staying up.Update: Now they reply to this review that they don't know who i am but want to investigate. This is another lie because they called me asking me to take this review down. This business should be shut down.

Everytime we call he said there was an issue with their supplier. They are delivered in the warehouse and we need to count. Which are most likely all lies. I asked for a refund as we have been waiting for so long and he says the owner is on a business trip and he can't do refunds.So long story short, don't buy here, they steal your money and don't give product.Very Very Angry Customer.

We ordered a mattress two weeks ago and still waiting to get it delivered after two weeks. Now I have been told after calling multiple times that it is still in the production and wait one more week. Not sure if a mattress is a custom order and takes months to deliver?? making us feel like begging for the product we ordered. Every time I wanted to talk to the owner the guy who works there says owner is away. No refund policy but no deliver on time policy either?

Exceptional customer service provided by Urmil. Very happy with our mattress, pillows and comforter. I have back pain issues and he helped me pick perfect mattress. Highly recommend it to anyone. Just visit this store before you buy any mattress and you will be really happy qith peice and comfort.

Amazing product. I love its firmness and height, no box spring was needed. It was delivered late though
