Battery haddock, spicey chicken breaststroke, beef and pork roast are excellent. There is other stuff that's great there as well but those are my favorites. Stuffed shells are good, too.

Had such a great experience today with the owner and staff in Langley. I went out looking for halal meals for one of the clients we support through our postpartum program. They were so helpful and I was able to find items that would work for our client and our budget. Rob the owner, even knew of our organization and gave us a discount on our purchase. Will definitely be back!

Lots of good choices, terrific chicken strips, really great dessert options, always friendly service. One less than stellar product however, is the pot roast. It is far far too salty. I particularly like the wide variety of single serving products. Great for lunches.

The staff here are so helpful and friendly. M&M now carry quite a selection of gluten free foods and I am able to stock my senior mom's freezer with lots of tasty and healthy foods.
