Very nice experience in the store, the staff is so friendly and helpful, no pressure, Dave McDonald was super nice and knowledgeable, helped us find exactly what we wanted. The furniture is quite nice, we would definitely shop there again. The delivery guys where fast & friendly it was great all around!

Very disappointed with their delivery service and with the customer service after the purchase. We bought some furniture in the beginning of September. At the time the salesman mentioned it would be delivered around the end of the same month. One month later we reached out to the store and our furniture was not even shipped. After a few attempts to speak with management we finally got a confirmation that the delivery would not pass six weeks from the purchase date. Imagine our disappointment when we called to confirm the delivery again and now the receptionist mentioned the estimate date is late December. It seems that the people who work at the store do not have any accurate information to give us. They seem completely disconnected from the delivery service. At this point we completely lost the trust, which is unfortunate because we had a very good experience at the time of the purchase, but I would not recommend the store to anyone. The customer service always says that we should reach out to the store and store says that they don't have any information so we are walking in circles.
