Terrible customer service. I called and I was told they have a rav4 phev for sale if a customer doesn't buy it i would be called on Monday to get the car. Monday came no call. I assume the customer bought the car but they should have followed up with me and told me and then offered for me to put a deposit down on a crown signia which I had informed them I was interested in if the rav4 was sold. Very disappointed. Don't buy from this toyota

Simranjit (Sim) Dhaliwal is excellent communicator, he has great interpersonal skill, he is knowledgeable, he went above and beyond my expectations . His charismatic personality hasn’t gone unnoticed. He has all the qualities what you expect from sales associates. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who would be interested in buying Toyota car or another , from Toyota dealership in Langley . If you had 6 starts , I would definitely give him 6 without hesitation. He is a good asset to your Toyota dealership. Thank you for a wonderful service!

Stop fooling and wasting customers time
They post false information on their used car website.
Recently I had contacted their sales person for mazda 6 2020
I had booked an appointment. Just a moment before going to the dealership I cross verified the details about the car.
and Salesperson denied saying the price that was there on the website, FB and the communicated over the chats was a mistake. LOL legit mistake lol
Original posted price was 19500 and then they inflated the price to 23000
what a joke.

I am the happy owner of my third Toyota vehicle … two of which I purchased, as slightly used, at a Toyota dealership. During the past twenty years I have had all of my maintenance work done at Toyota dealerships. I have always found the service to be exceptional, reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. Last Thursday I took my vehicle to the Langley Toyota service department to have my winter tires installed. They were running behind, which has not happened often in my experience, resulting in my in shop wait to be exceptionally long. The service advisor (Mack Copan) took the time to speak with me when my vehicle was finished and not only personally acknowledged the inconvenience, but took other unexpected measures to ensure that I was happy when I left. I really appreciate the effort that all of the staff there make, to provide the best possible experience and outcome for all of their customers. Thank you so much!

This dealership failed to provide the expected warranty service for the car they sold. The issue was identified at the time of sale, and after one unsuccessful attempt to fix it, they refused to cover the cost of the necessary part replacement. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
